Haras Quinta Conrado was dedicated for a long time to raise horses “quarter of a mile” and for 10 years he made the greatest distinctions in the Rural del Prado. It was the 1st Haras in Uruguay to set up an equine embrion transfer lab and market them. He was a pioneer in spreading the discipline, organizing two Rienda Clinics with Franco Bertolani, who is now a triumphant in the United States, and made important generic contributions in Uruguay with the incorporation of cutting-edge blood.

We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.
