Lake house vacation rentals in Pickwick Lake

Shannon was so accommodating for our family trip. We asked for some recommendations prior to our trip and she responded immediately. This area of Shoals Creek is quiet and we enjoyed the peacefulness. Our boat trips up and down the creek and out to the main river/lake were beautiful. I grew up on this creek and while so many more people have built on the creek and the houses are so much larger, the peace and quiet of the wooded lots and the beauty of the sunsets remains!

The property was as described and did not disappoint. We absolutely loved the screened in porch which looked out over the river. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a storm that caused a power failure. Mike and Tracey went above and behond making sure we were comfortable and took great care of us!! We couldn't have asked for better host. We hope to go back and stay again. Highly recommend

This place was great, we did not watch TV for three days and the phone service was erratic. As for the phone service that was great because I did not have family or friends calling me. If I needed phone service all I had to do was go up the driveway. This place was very relaxing.

We had a great stay! Weather didn't cooperate most of our visit, but still got some good fishing in! House is at a great location for fishing or water sports! Would definitely recommend this house to all!

Really enjoyed the location. Great views, and a well laid-out house. The owners were very attentive...I had minor issues getting into the house and they were right there with me talking me thru it right at that time. I really appreciated it. The group discussed how much we all enjoyed the house, and agreed we'd like to rent it again.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was as described - clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. We appreciated the serenity and peacefulness of the area, yet the close proximity to amenities. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond. Hope to stay here again soon!

Very nice place. We were down for a semi-annual fishing trip, and the neighbors came over and visited with us every evening and gave us information on where they had been catching fish. Quiet neighborhood and boat ramp a few doors down was a bonus. The neighbors were very friendly and definitely added to the experience. Weather was great and the view is excellent!

Place was great. Instructions are clear on how to get there in the itinerary, just make sure you read through it so you know where to go because the map apps got a little confused. Kaci was helpful and responsive. Bedrooms are spacious, loft-like area is fun little space. Porch is nice with a lot of seating.

Beavers Den is a great description for a home that surpassed our expectations. We are on a busy schedule running from New Orleans through Memphis, ending with a weekend in Nashville before flying home. Beavers Den and the lake gave us a peaceful downtime which was welcomed by the four of us. We cooked on the BBQ by the lake, washed the hectic of New Orleans and Memphis away with a dip in the lake and sat by the log fire with a chilled beer. Mary was responsive and gave great advice on the lodging. Thoroughly recommended location and host. Thank you Mary.

Great place to stay near Pickwick lake. Very peaceful and easy access to the lake with Kayaks for the kids. Will definitely stay again.

We were a party of 4 adults in town for a wedding. It rained the majority of the time we were there, but we could just sit back, relax and enjoy the storms on the screened porch as they rolled through. Loved that! Beds were so comfortable and what a stocked kitchen! Wow!! I have used online rental homes for 20 years and this was the best stocked home I have ever been to! Chris is so accommodating, helpful and easy to contact. The home is decorated with such cute and unique things, we loved it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

I highly recommend staying here! Nice for both adults and kids. Plenty of things for kids and adults to stay busy and not be bored! Everything was super clean and the beds make you not want to leave, super comfortable! Nice peaceful view, so relaxing upstairs on the deck! The host, Savanna is very friendly and responds right back. There is also a good restaurant a minute or 2 away called The Woods, very good food! I literally have nothing bad to say. We enjoyed our stay and was ready to book again before even leaving! Definitely 5 stars!!

Terry is a great guy and host. He would ask if there was anything he could do to help. He was very kind and offered anything he had. Our trailer broke on the day we were leaving and he got in touch with someone to get it fixed (even on a sunday.) Couldn't ask for more.

We had about a thousand questions the whole weekend, and Jacob answered every single one within minutes. Could not ask for a better host

Savanna was more than helpful and made everything super easy for all of our many requests! The property was super clean and fresh, and had more than enough spaces for our crew. We will definitely only be going through Savanna for all of our future trips to the Shoals!

Great spot for a relaxing retreat! Loved the location on the river. The house was clean, modern and cozy. Only 20 minutes from downtown Florence. Would definitely return!

We loved staying at Lori’s place!! She was quick to respond and beyond amazing. Being right on the lake where we could load and unload the boat on Lori’s dock was so convenient. The neighbors were so sweet and it was an overall pleasant experience!
