Our cottage is located at the base of the mountain on Lake Sconti at Big Canoe, we are a 5 min. walk to Black Bear Pub & Golf Center and a short drive to the Tennis Center, Wellness Center and Waterpark. We are also very close to the main gate for quick access to grocery stores, local restaurants, wineries, and popular wedding venues. Location, location, location.

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

This place is very relaxing and peaceful. We were there for our son’s wedding in the area and enjoyed having all the space for our whole family to stay. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to use for preparing and eating food there. I can’t even complain about the winding path to the house because the location is one of the best things about this house, but it does take a while to get to the house from the gate area so you just need to plan on the extra time. Our grandkids loved the hot tub and games there to play. Also the movie room was a big hit. Definitely would stay there again!

This trip was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time! One of the best experiences we've had so far. We loved the lake in the backyard. He fished morning, afternoon and night and caught many nice size fish. The pool table was a great addition, after the sun went down. We actually were able to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend, fishing, playing pool, and watching movies as planned and expected. Our hostess was the sweetest. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to come back. Everything was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean, including the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and well planned. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of very good quality. The small front porch was cozy and added to our enjoyment. Andy, our hist, was very responsive to any inquiry. We would recommend staying here.

Raul and Arlene were amazing hosts! Their cabin was stunningly clean and incredibly inviting!! We absolutely loved our time there. Everyone slept comfortably too! The pool table was a huge hit with our group! We would 100% recommend their beautiful cabin!! Truly, I think it was the cleanest/ tidiest cabin we’ve ever rented!

This was a wonderful place to stay at. They had music playing when I checked in and it felt so peaceful as soon as I arrived. There were plenty of beds and great places to gather together for larger parties. The kitchen is fully stocked with so many pots and pans and tools. Bathrooms were clean and the master bathroom was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this retreat space!

It was a wondeful, comfortable home. The house was so large and roomy and accompanied our large group. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
