Lovely apartment with an amazing view

Beautiful apartment steps away from the coast, in front of the Higuerillas Yacht Club, Los Lilenes Beach, Concón's Gastronomic Zone, and mini-markets. Pleasantly sunny in the mornings, careful decoration, fine finishes. Heating with electric heaters, 1 parking space, fully equipped kitchen, baby bath, etc. A 5-minute drive to Jumbo and Tottus. Public transport is a 5-minute walk away. Wi-Fi, smart TV, and cable TV. Paid barbecue area in the patio. Pool from December to February.

Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Exclusive apartment in Punta Surf building on Abanico beach, Maitencillo. Spectacular ocean and beach views. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Excellent cabin for 2, independent, equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Beautiful view directly to the Pacific, about a 10-minute walk to the beach, at the foot of Cerro La Virgen and very close to the entrance to Puquen Park. You should bring your personal items such as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The tap water is not recommended for cooking or drinking, for that bring water in containers.

Cozy house with beautiful ocean view

My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children) who want to enjoy a quiet place with a wonderful view. I also use this house with my children, so I ask that you respect the place. Please, if you are a group of young people, do not request to rent. You must bring sheets and towels. The house has a grill and, if used, it must be cleaned (there will be an additional cost of 10,000 if it is dirty).
