We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Great property in the heart of Naco. The apartment is on a cul de sac, which makes it especially quiet even in the middle of hectic Santo Domingo . Will definitely return.

Nos quedamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros niños de 11 meses y 3.5 años, donde reinaba la tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad. Nos encanto el hospedaje y sobre todo las buenas atenciones de Rafael para lo que necesitamos en su momento, al tener 2 niños nos queriamos asegurar estuviesen seguros en el apartamento. Este apartamento tiene de todo y lo mejor es poder ir al balcon y ver la bella vista. Nos quedaban cercas restaurantes, malls, supermercados, farmacia, el mirador, y teniamos parqueo subterraneo. Debo destacar que el personal de la torre es amigable y respetuoso, nos encantó! Nos gusto mucho la seguridad de esta torre. Definitavemente Rafael es un excelente host y la proxima vez deseamos quedarnos en sus propiedades. Muchisimas gracias por su amabilidad y cortesia!

I stayed here for a week. The apartment was beautiful, clean and I felt like this was my true home in DR. It’s quiet, it’s next to many restaurants and stores. When I come back next year, I will no doubt be looking here first. Thank you!

Great location, WiFi was excellent, nice TV in living room. Building had a gym. Great location. Hot water in shower. Can’t beat this for the price. Would highly recommend. Very kind and responsive host

Estoy muy contento de haber elegido este apartamento para mí estadía en Santo Domingo, es un lugar muy privado, seguro y comodo. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario, para pasar una comoda y placentera estadía. El apartamento esta super decorado y bien mantenido, todos los electrodomesticos son nuevos y funcionan a la perfección, el aire acondicionado esta perfecto, y cuenta con planta eléctrica, en caso de falta de electricidad en el sector. Sobre la anfritiona, le puedo decir, que tiene 1000 estrellas en comunicación y servicio al cliente, 100% soporte en tú estadía en cualquier situación que se presente, mientras estes hospedado en su airbnb. Perfecta úbicación, cerca de todos los Malls y centros de entretenimientos en Santo Domingo. Si vuelvo a República Dominicana, me quedaría sin duda en este hermoso y comodo apartamento. Beautiful place. Close to everything, restaurants, supermarket and movie theater. Driss and Caroline were very helpful with the checking. Will definitely be there again.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estephany fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo 100%.
