This place is the PRIME location for being in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City. The air conditioning is AMAZING, nice and cold! The restroom was very clean. Tommy is very responsive and attentive; great hospitality. The prices was a great steal too! Everything is walking distance. Downstairs is a coffee shop so we got coffee there which was nice. Everything is VERY modern and upscale. I would highly recommend this location and Tommy 110%. Don’t hesitate on booking here!!

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

We had a great stay at Anh's place. Good communication throughout and very helpful host who made sure we had everything we needed during a four-week stay. We were doing an intensive teacher training course at a local language centre, so we really appreciated having a nice space with a table, desk, and decent chairs to work on assignments and lesson preparation in the evenings. Good location down a small side street so quieter than many places in Saigon. There's a Co-op mart and a small supermarket about one minutes' walk away and some good restaurants nearby. Turn left at the main road for excellent bánh mì, or right for one of the best phỏ restaurants in the area. The small kitchen had enough essentials for the few meals that we cooked and we appreciated the modern washing machine and fridge freezer. Highly recommended!
