It is a very spacious apartment with a huge living area. Host Mr.Son was always attentive to any sort of requests/ help. He even supplied an additional mixer upon our request. After all my family was quite happy.

Wir hatten für eine längere Zeit die Wohnung von Thao bewohnt und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen oder wie in unserem Fall einen sehr langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zeit war sehr schön und bei jedem Problemchen, konnte man auf Thao zählen. Sie war ständig für uns erreichbar. Die wöchentliche Reinigung und Wäschewechsel fanden wir sehr angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei Thao für die wunderschöne Zeit bedanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe Grüße Elke & Lutz

Pros: • The view is extremely beautiful. • The host is very responsive. • The room includes all the necessities for a family. • Easy walk to the beach. Cons: • The elevator is terrible, especially on weekends. • Car parking is not free (~3 USD per day). • The building is old, causing some smell in the toilet. It seems the cleaning service is not very effective.

Nice condotel and has everything needed for a family. May take longer waiting for elevators in peak hours, suggestion is that once the elevator arrives, no matter it is going up or down, just get in first.

An amazing stay in Vung Tau! The residence was everything I hoped for – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool was a highlight, so refreshing and surrounded by lush greenery. Having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient, and the host, Van, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and gave me great tips on exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vung Tau. We’ll definitely be back!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was as described, with a great view of Vung Tau. The place is very close to the Lotte Mart supermarket and cinema, and a 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the place.

Me and my friends had a great time staying at Hoàng’s place. The house is spacious and homey—perfect for groups. Location is perfect and near the beach area. Hoàng is responsive and super friendly😊 We will definitely book this place again in the future! Highly recommend!👍🏻

First, the host was proactive and responsive to my questions and concerns! They made sure I felt comfortable renting the property. Upon arriving, I met their butler who was very friendly and down-to-earth. The property is beautiful. It's located in the hills of the city, so you can see the entire city and its beauty during the day and at night. Enjoying the skyline at night while relaxing in the warm colorful lit pool was the signature of the trip. The pool is 1.6m at the deepest end, which is good for me since I'm tall. The furniture and floors were spotless and the altitude of the property ensures that there's always a fresh breeze rolling through the windows. The karaoke machine worked perfectly and sound proofing was great, so you can sing late into the night without bothering neighbors. Lastly, they provide many amenities such as a mini bar, cooking tools, mosquito repellent, and towels. It truly felt luxurious and recommend to anyone who wants a private getaway in the hills.

A great apartment hosted by Tuan and his team. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was unfortunate that the beach was still under construction when we were there but the building and location was fantastic. Amenities for kids and adults (pools, playground, indoor playroom). It is easy to call taxis and Grab. And the best thing is that Tuan was very responsive throughout our stay and helped with every question I had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The place is nice for family gatherings, host is super responsive, the only problem we were having issues with were the reception dest, they were rude and uneducated. Do not try to ask them questions they will cursed you out.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

Nhà mình đi 4 người lớn, 2 em bé <3 tuổi. Chủ nhà phản hồi nhanh, hướng dẫn nhiệt tình. Nhà sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, thoáng mát lắm, đầy đủ tiện nghi, giống hình ảnh và mô tả của chủ nhà. Có view biển ngắm hoàng hôn tuyệt đẹp luôn, ban công rất rộng. 2 phòng ngủ 2 giường lớn, có cả tấm nệm di động nữa nên nhà mình kéo ra phòng khách cho ông bà ngủ cho mát. Rất gần quán hải sản Gành Hào và các quán cafe view biển. Chỗ để xe oto rộng rãi, bảo vệ cũng thân thiện. Mình sẽ đặt lại cho chuyến đi tiếp theo

The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.

숙소는 사진과같았고 호스트는 모든 문의에 신속하게 답변해주었어요 위치는 롯데마트와 가깝고 해지는 풍경은 아름다웠습니다 다른분들 후기처럼 퇴실하는날 엘리베이터를 20분넘게 기다렸습니다 탑승하고 내려오니 40분 헐 (작은팁 . 주말 12시는 특히나 퇴실하시는분들이 엄청 몰리는시간입니다 무조건 엘베를 타서 올라갔다가 내려가는 방법으로 해보세요) 아니면 저는 아직도 그건물에 있었을겁니다ㅠ 방음이 잘안되는거같아요 토요일 저녁 앞 건물에서 노래하고 떠들고 새벽 1시까지 ㅠㅠ 그럼에도 불구하고 재방문의사는 있습니다 또하나 저녁시간에는 커튼을 닫으세요 밖에서 드론이 지켜볼수도 있어요ㅠ 오시는분들 참고하셔요
