Waterfront vacation rentals in Phu Quoc

In general this place was great - clean, spacious, good facilities, superb views and a peaceful base in a more peaceful part of town, but great for walking around. Anna was helpful answering questions and I enjoyed my stay there. The balcony in particular is lovely. Only minor negative was that it seemed a bit odd to supply one toilet roll, one bin bag and an inch of diluted hand soap -for a week - in a place that was otherwise very well equipped.

Amazing stay. I don't have words to describe the beauty of ocean and kiss bridge view from our balcony. feeling so lucky to stay in this room. Airbnb Agent Tasha was very much co-operative. Eirlys(host) welcomed us when we reached the building . Also helped in island hopping booking and transport within the city. Very responsive. Totally worth every penny we paid..even more than what we paid. Highly recommended. will visit again - Raji (from India)

Прекрасная квартира в отличном месте с шикарным видом на бухту. Все шоу и салюты прекрасно видны с балкона. Множество ресторанов поблизости. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах ходьбы. Очень чистый и красивый район. Нам пребывание очень понравилось, обязательно будем рекомендовать эту квартиру друзьям и знакомым. Огромное спасибо за все!

I loved the place as my expectation was to have something simple, no unneeded fancy, and far from the crowded west cost of Phuc Quoc Island. The communication with Lauren was easy and friendly. I extended even one night as I enjoyed the silence of the place.

Memorable trip with Aqua Vista. Beautiful and warm room and sweet hospitality by the staff! Highly recommend for group who need a space to organize family events.

Everything went amazing and incredible place

In a word, it was perfect because it was concise.Different users may have different thoughts, but my family was very satisfied. It was perfect in location, facilities, and everything. I will use it again next time I visit.The host was kind and handsome. Thank you.

OMG!! WOW 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Literally that’s what we been catching us saying over and over again. Sunset Town is where Europe and Vietnam had a baby everything is new such an amazing 🤩 place blew our minds.  Sunset Homestay owned and hosted by Duy, a young gentleman and his father were so accommodating, Duy promptly responded to my message as he literally live on the top floor. We wanted to rent a motorbike it got delivered to us USD 7 per day, we wanted our laundry done he sorted that too and guaranteed return by 8pm for USD4 per kilo. We hired him for 12hrs (10am-10pm)  we went to Vimpearl and around the city, night market for some cheap fresh seafood and massages for USD 60.  The villa is exactly how it’s described we loved it so much my husband and I would love to stay here for a whole year, it has 2 big wardrobes, very functional kitchen, perfect sized dining set and lounge set, large king bed, big TV with free Netflix, great lighting for putting makeup. Can't wait to be back there 🥰

Host is very responsive. Maids provided were also very helpful. The house is clean and all needed items to stay comfortably are provided. View is stunning especially in the morning. This house is super relaxing place for my short breaks and holiday with my family.

장점: 호스트가 친절하고 소통이 빠릅니다. 주변 볼거리나 맛집, 그외 기타 추천해준 곳들이 마음에 들었습니다. 주변에 풍경이 좋고, 인터컨티넨탈 풀만 등 리조트 근처에 있어 시설을 함께 이용할 수 있었습니다. 단체 여행객이나 가족이 이용하기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 단점 : 위치적으로는 외진 곳에 있습니다. 1층에 공용시설이 있지만 부엌 시설이 따로 없습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

Your property was excellent and located exactly where we wanted. Your extended support truly helped us execute our travel plans effectively and efficiently. We are especially grateful for your assistance in securing our local trip tickets on time at a great discounted price. We also truly appreciate the early check-in, which allowed our family to rest properly after a long journey. Our children were especially happy with the warm hospitality. The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

The best accommodation we had in Vietnam so far! Everything was clean, beautiful and spacious. View directly on sunset town with fireworks. We were really satisfied. We appreciated the pick-up from the airport and the possibility of renting a motorbike, everything was great! We definitely recommend it.😊

Great location - easy stroll to anywhere in sunset town and amazing view of the harbour, including the light show! Little supermarket just across the road is handy. Sunrise views from (one side of) the rooftop. Rooftop pool was clean and has amazing views - there were some construction works around the pool but this didn’t cause any problems for us. The apartment was as described and was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly (note that for us this was all in Vietnamese).
