The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

Huỳnh est très réactif. j'étais arrivée avec 1 heure d'avance et il m'a permis de m'installer puisque la chambre à été nettoyée. La chambre est propre, aérée et sent bon. La dame de ménage est polie et souriante. J'étais rentrée tard, vers 1h30 du matin, et j'ai été surprise par le grillage de l'entrée fermée. J'ai appelé le propriétaire et il m'a gentiment informé que la clé était accroché sur la carte haha. J'ai demandé un late check out et il m'a autorisé à rester jusqu'à 12h30. Merci beaucoup pour la flexibilité, la réactivité et le professionnalisme. Je recommande ! ps : la sécurité pour accéder au logement est optimale (3 portes/portail en tout)

We stayed at Truong's for a week and never once regretted our choice of accommodation. the house is located on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful Buddhist temple. While we lived in the house, we were never disturbed by anyone. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen next door had everything we needed to cook on our own. In general, we felt at home! A huge thank you to the hostess for staying in touch and helping us in every way possible. If we go to Ho Chi Minh City again, we will stay at Truong's again!

Stayed for a month here, the room was pretty much as described but no paintings or plants. Very clean, easy to find and check-in-out. Hanna was a very responsive and nice host A+. Since I stayed one month there was two room cleaning per week (put up the sign on the door when you want), and one laundry per week (leave the laundry basket outside the door). They also sell 20L water bottles. There is many michelin phở and famous 50-70 year old phở restaurants within 10-20 mins walk, as well the coffee shops are amazing I enjoyed Sipply and 16 grams the most. Tan dinh market is also nice and very local. Also very easy to grab to any tourist destinations. Overall I would recommend.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids
