Full house 3 floors, separate villa area, quiet and suitable for resort. The usable area is 145 m2 , with a garage, high speed Wifi, 85 Inch TV watching Netflix , a very good movie speaker, Microwave, oven, washing machine, Dryer, Drinking water directly at the tap through a water purifier, fridge, ps4 pro game machine... There are also 2 swimming pools in the house, tennis, gym, park : All are free to use. The quiet villa is only about 15 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City.
