Great place to stay peaceful environment...if you don't want to spend much you can definately go for this place great host people were soo good . There is a big seven eleven in 50 meters you can literally have everything . The only problem is the location is little far away from the main location of bangkok all the market like chatuchak,prathunam and platinum fashion mall all are little far from this place you have to take a cab from this place or rent a scooty. The place offers a great value for money and i will difinately recommend this place only if you want to stay away from the main location that is the only disadvantage you have that's it

The place is exactly as pictured. Great value compared to the price because it sleeps 4 people. This price is worth it. The host is very helpful, very attentive. The place may be a bit far from the main road, but it's exactly as detailed in the first place.

I recommand it ! The host are very kind and the place lovely, a 7 eleven and several street food stands nearby.

What's there not to say about this place. it's absolutely amazing. Yes it's in Bangkok where there is loads going on. But it's tucked away from the main road. it's in the right locations you can get to anywhere in Bangkok from there. there is loads of street food places whee you can eat till yout heart content. the room apartment is lovely. aircon was a treat to cool you down after a long day outside sightseeing. the host is always on hand answer any questions .

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for families or groups. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to BTS Phrom Phong, Emsphere, and lots of great restaurants and shops, yet it’s on a quiet street. Fully equipped with everything we needed, including a pool table, kids’ area, and private parking. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

The place is simple & efficient. Well located. It is super cozy and clean. Genuinely enjoyed that comfy cocoon. Nicky is a super host. Very responsive and accommodating. I can only recommend you to stay at Nicky’s.

10/10 instantly rebooked again to stay 1 more week. Perfect place for a solo traveler, not expensive, and has all basic amenities. Wifi speed is good (more than 100 mbps). The neighborhood is quiet, no problem to sleep at night. Also there are plenty of food places around. Rama 3 shopping mall is in 5-10 minutes by bike.

Such a great property and stay in Bangkok. The unit itself was immaculately cleaned and the location was very quiet. It was a nice respite from the bustling Main Street. The food trucks that are parked nearby on weekends was an unexpected bonus.

Good property to stay

The Good: - Great amenities, equipped with washer, nice little balcony, and decent size pool. - Fing's hospitality. She answers within seconds!!!! - Friendly concierge. They aren't fluent in English but it's the effort and professionalism that counts. - Convenient stores on every single corner. Tips: - Download Grab to hail your ride. This apartment isn't super close the action (some places will take you well over half an hour by car). Public transportation is also not convenient. Taxi drivers will insist on flat rate prices (which is usually 3-4 times more than market price) but by utilizing Grab they'll have to use the meter. If you are traveling solo and aren't going too far, use the bike service. It's cheaper and quicker.
