Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Phnom Penh

Staying here for the second time. Amazing house with an amazing host. Would definitely stay again!! Definitely recommended.

I really found this to be a very comfortable Airbnb spot, especially with how spacious the room was along with the king size bed. Even though I only stayed for a night, I was glad to have a spot where I can lay down to charge my phone while I take a nap. The host was responsive, easy to reach and helpful. It's a 5 star for me.

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

I have incredible time with my family on Mother’s Day. It’s beautiful, clean, fresh, feeling so home. Jasmine flowers (Pkar Mlis) smell so good in the morning. 10/10

Everything is very well decorated, homey and cozy. High ceilings in the living room, there's everything, even a coffee machine and a blender. In the morning you can hear pleasant birdsong and the light noise of nature. I recommend

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

Nice place and I love the location. Everything is good except the pillow, blanket, and cushion are smell of sweat.

Very nice appartment in the center of the city. Walking distance of central market, riverside, royal palace. Votey was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. The appartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us but be prepared :) The area is pretty busy but the flat was quiet. Many items were available from kitcheware to towels and soap. Very nice stay.

I stayed for a month in this Airbnb. As a digital nomad, everything was okay for me. The internet was stable, with an internet speed of around 60 Mbps. There was a nice view from the roof. If you rent a bike, you can get to the city center in 5-10 minutes or order a tuk-tuk online with a $1-2 fare.

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Great stay at a really nice place. Geoff, (the Host), was contactable at all times as we initially had a bit of difficulty getting to the front entrance, (as Google Maps didn't show the latest info), but speaking with Geoff we were quickly able to find the entrance through a gated driveway and into his place. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was nice and quiet inside, - just what I was hoping for. You couldn't hear the traffic on the main highway, and the nearby Pagoda was just far enough away to enjoy the music and ceremony, without being woken early in the morning by it. There are lots of malls, cafes and restaurants less than 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk, or a 10-15 minute walk if it's not too hot. And if it is too hot, there's always the rooftop pool with amazing views of the city skyline to cool off in. Will definitely stay here again next trip to PP in a few months. I stayed at Erika's apartment for a month. The apartment is very nice with lots of windows and natural sunlight. The apartment was cleaned the same day as check in. I Never had any real issues. If I did have any questions Erika was fast to reply. She was not only helpful with everything concerning the apartment but also gave a lot of other advice about my stay in Cambodia. She was flexible with my check in and let me check in early. The neighborhood is very much alive and buzzing with a traditional market below the building and a small food court. Still the apartment is quiet. Two things I could see be an issue for some people (not me) are: There are very steep stairs to get up to the apartment but this can also be viewed as a free workout. The location is very "genuine" so if you like staying at a resort away from the locals this is probably not the place for you. If you like adventure and meeting the locals but also like a nice apartment then this is a 6 star location.

Great location! Max value is in a walking distance. It's easy to travel by Tuktuk. The security guard and the management officers are really nice. If you need something, you can always contact the host :)

Great location with an awesome view of Phnom Penh from the top. Lee is always very welcoming, I recommend to stay with him.

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

Chelsea’s apartment is very nice and easy to live in - the building itself also offers great amenities such as a supermarket, numerous restaurants and a pool! Chelsea herself was very attentive and was constantly answering our questions and giving us useful information about Phmom Penh.
