Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Phippsburg

Beautiful spot. Wonderful opportunities to walk right down to the water and along the Rocky coast. Also got to buy lovely art, lobsters, oysters, and fresh eggs locally. House was a little musty smelling so had to air it out. Also slightly tricky to find because of problems with Google Maps.

Stayed at Bethany's place for a long weekend at the end of the season. The location is unbeatable, the house is situated on its own little peninsula in a stunning cove; it feels very private and has amazing views of the water. There's tons of outdoor space and seating, along with several kayaks. The house itself is clean, quiet, and peaceful, although it's definitely small--probably best for one or two people, or a couple with a small child. Access is down an unpaved road but Bethany's very clear instructions made it easy to find, and she was responsive to any questions we had. Harpswell abounds with areas to hike and explore, lots of good places to eat (though you will definitely need a car) and is less than an hour from Portland and only half an hour from Freeport.

Lovely house for our weekend getaway to Maine!

The Harding Farmhouse was one of our all-time favorite Airbnb stays. We felt like we were in the home of lovely and welcoming hosts, as we found another fascinating bit of history in every nook and around every corner. Our intergenerational family fit easily into this sprawling home and we found the kitchen perfect for preparing a feast. The beds and bathrooms were all modern and comfortable and the yard was peaceful. Judith was very responsive and generous in helping us with our needs. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the little cottage on the Kennebec. The location is perfect for visiting Bath attractions such as Maine’s First Ship, the Maritime Museum, Bohemian Rose, and Markings Gallery. The screened-in porch with the view of the river was perfect for relaxing after full days of viewing and visiting. The view of the river from our comfy bed was a wonderful way to start another day. We hope to return!!

What a beautiful and peaceful cottage to serve as our home base while on a family trip. We felt right at home, had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, awesome to have a washer and dryer, the parking spot could not have been more perfect! The deck was the most incredible part as we watched all forms of weather from the gorgeous spot. When we’re back in Maine next, we will return!

We had a great stay at Sumners place. It's location is very cool being right downtown but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. He has it set up with everything you need and more. We appreciated his friendliness and great communication!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
