Die Unterkunft ist klasse! Wir waren dort mit 7 Person und 1 Baby. Wir hatten die Kompleten 3 Apartments übernommen. 1 ist Groß zwar etwas älter als die 2 Einzeln Räume, aber mit 2 großen Schlafzimmer und ein Esstisch. Die Kontakt mit den Host ist einwandfrei. Wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 days stay relaxing time

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

We like this place a lot. Very quiet area, nice clean air. House is VERY good, comfortable and beautiful. Villa is nicely decorated with blooming trees. Christina was super helpful with everything. Beach and Hua Hin city is not so far, so you can easily go there by taxi or motorbike. Also there are many temples, cafes and other interesting places nearby. Delivery works well and you can order various tasty food/coffee any time (even at night there were many options). We are traveling with our cat and this villa is pet-friendly. Our cat enjoyed walking in the yard and it was very safe because of a good fence. Highly recommend this place, our family had a great month here.

We loved staying here. The outdoor area was beautiful! However, do be careful of the flooring outside. It gets very slippery when wet, we had a few falls. There are many dogs outside of the home but most seem very friendly. We enjoyed our time and wish we were still there. Would definitely rent again.

Peaceful part of Cha Am, although nearer to Hua Hin, most places, shopping, markets and many restaurants within 15 minute drive. Houses are all nicely appointed on one floor with spacious kitchen-lounge and bedrooms. Very comfortable. Lots of small local restaurants nearby, as well as local services, massage, 7-11 but a vehicle is recommended. Hua Hin was relatively quiet when we stayed and easy to move around. We stayed here as we had family nearby.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern. Unten gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Oben nochmal ein Schlafzimmer und eine sehr große Dachterrasse. Auch der Pool mit eigener Wasserrutsche ist super. Unbedingt sollte man auch das Restaurant Rossarin Eatery besuchen. Es ist gerade nebenan und man kann dort sehr gut Essen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Vi havde 4 SKØNNE dage i dette fantastiske smukke skønne hus med en verdens klasse udsigt 😉 Jeg spiller selv golf og Eva hjælp mig med 50 % på greenfee. Fantastisk smuk bane. Min familie kunne følge med fra den skønne pavillon da jeg kom til hul 8. Alt i alt et super skønt hus med en MEGET smuk, skøn pool 👍 En fornøjelse at sidde og spise morgenmad og aftensmad på den skønne Terrasse. Vi brugte den app der hedder Bolt til at bestille taxa når vi tog ud og handle eller ind til Hua Hin centrum. Indtjekningen gik perfekt. Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

Great to visit with family and friends, really enjoyed beautiful nature around the villa. Little bit far away from store restaurants.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern hier und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei Fragen gab es immer einen Ansprechpartner, den man direkt kontaktieren konnte und der auch zeitnah geantwortet hat. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Wir waren ca. 1 Monat hier und es war toll. Den Kindern hat vor allem die Minigolf-Anlage gefallen sowie der Pool.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to relax, so I would like to come back again later! There are gym, tennis court,and swimming pool with slide. I love all of amenities. Security guard and garden staffs are hard-working. And Tao is the most mindful host I ever met, she gave us pickle balls racket sets, bike and yoga mat. Great restaurants are nearby the house, you can go with the bike/scooter 3-7minutes.

Wonderful, peaceful stay. The hosts and their family are exceptional. There’s a restaurant across the street although there is not a sign the owner is very friendly and the omelette, espresso, and Tom yum are on point. The cabins are well built and soundproof. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a village with lots of small shops. Very beautiful and peaceful Thailand countryside.

The house is wide , so beautiful with Japanese style decorated , there are many corners for taking photos! Kitchen equipment to use fully. The bedroom is spacious and clean , 4 large bedrooms suitable for a large group of people. There are many activities ; pool table ,swimming pool and fun with karaoke all night! The price is not expensive. The host very kind and we can contact quickly. We will definitely recommend to stay here!👍🏼

Is good for holiday rest place

Great stay for a month, good location if you have a car, nice AC, separate work room, 2 bathrooms, will come again.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Mookba und ihrem Mann sehr genossen! Die beiden waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben leckeres Frühstück und frisches Obst bekommen und sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für die Rückfahrt wieder hin gebracht. Mit Grab konnte man gut Essen und Taxis bestellen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, war uns Mookba immer eine sehr große Hilfe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der abseits der Hektik eine ruhsame Auszeit in der Natur und in einem Städchen mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr netten Menschen genießen möchte.

Wonderful place🩷Relaxing and peaceful, close to the beach, the house had everything that you would need. Host was welcoming and nice :) gave recommendations for places and explained everything, I felt safe and I felt like I can rely on someone for help.

Convenient location, good amenities, well set-up catering for both Thai and western families. Good private place to chill with a big group.

We are welcomed with a super friendly host. Explain everything in details, prepare everything we need. There are some cooking stuff, plates, and equipment for cooking... the environment is super cozy and relaxing. The rooms are pretty and clean with air conditioning... worth of money
