The villa has a total of three floors, about 750 square meters in total, all Italian imported furniture, four bedrooms (all beds are king size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus a recreation room (two arcade machines + one table football), 12m * 3 swimming pool, electric entrance door, sea view and garden view, stepped fountain view, electric rain canopy throughout the house, living room with 85-inch curved LCD TV, bedroom near the pool with 85-inch LCD TV; fully equipped kitchen with open fire stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, double door refrigerator, everything you need.The villa has a private parking space in the garden, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, a separate balcony; and a 20 sqm balcony with sea view. The villa offers disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shower gels, shampoos, free snacks on the day of check-in, small cakes, mineral water, coffee, tea; cleaning every two days (change of bed sheets is not included), bath towels are changed when cleaning.

The house is built on pills out in the water, between the Mangrove trees, and from your patio you can follow the tides going up and down 2 times a day. The house is located in a small fishing village, where everybody is fishing. We can arrange tours with private Longtail on the Bay to James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, or you can take one of our canoes and sail a tour around in the Mangroves. We can also take you to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint or to one of the famous temples in our area.
