Jenny's place is great -- all updated with nice appliances, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. It's a quiet neighborhood, and located close to restaurants and a grocery store. Highly recommend renting here for your next trip to Austin. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back again next year!

Anastasia’s Casita was so cute and perfect for a girls’ weekend. She was friendly, helpful, and responded to our messages super fast. The house was adorable and we loved the cozy feel of it!

We spent two and a half months at this house and we felt like it was home from the minute we walked in. This home is a really gem for people who want to work from home in a new city and be close enough to everything there is to enjoy about the city. Clay has designed this home to have everything you need for a thoughtful work environment with two work areas that are so well organized and private. The house has an open architecture with a large open kitchen and living area with plenty of space to entertain a lot of guests. I was expecting some amenities, but Clay went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from cleaning supplies to spices, pantry supplies and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is truly an oasis and something we used often.

Omg, this property was amazing! The place was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, it smelled and looked just like a brand new home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. I really appreciated the generous touches like the complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, and the lovely handwritten thank you card. It all made the experience so welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! By the way its the perfect place to go fishing nearby at Moby dicks and see the Austin city as well.

Cullen’s place was comfortable, quiet & worth the price. Our stay was from May 26th to May 28th, during this time there was heavy, heavy rain & thunder. We felt safe in this house during all of that, it was perfect for the five of us staying here. We did have one issue with the yard having candy wrappers/easter trash, this wasn’t the biggest deal since we didn’t bring any animals with us & didn’t use the yard. Cullen made this right with giving credit back & assuring us this wouldn’t be an issue for future attendees. We would definitely stay here again when we go to pickup our family member from deployment. Thank y’all!

Very livable space! Games room was fun to knock out a few hours in before main attractions. Neighborhood was very peaceful and serene. Only wish (at time of writing) is for the tv to have a soundbar and/or subwoofer to improve the quality of audio a bit, but aside from that our stay was flawless!

My family had a wonderful time. The hosts were amazing and always available and responsive. The home was beautiful just like the pictures and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved it, would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

Vickie’s place was an absolute gem! She was extremely accommodating and the bed was honestly the best! She keeps a beautiful garden that was an absolute pleasure I could go on and on!!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient—close to The Domain and plenty of great restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering it. Izzy and Jomar were fantastic hosts—helpful, thoughtful, and supportive throughout our entire stay. I would definitely book with them again!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Sandi is extremely friendly and attentive. This was our 4th year staying here and we plan on coming back for many more years to come. We are always treated like family and love all the many parts of her place. I can’t wait to visit it again.

Great home! We loved our stay here. The beds were super comfortable. The place was very spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was awesome, a quick scooter to anywhere in the city. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for an ATX bachelorette and loved it! About 20 minutes to downtown and easy to order Ubers to. We had 14 girls and the space was plenty big! Annette was super helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. Would so stay here again! ❤️
