Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation on the 3rd floor of our ecological wooden house. All rooms are generously proportioned and convey a feeling of open space thanks to the high ceilings. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub next to the shower. There is also a washing machine. On the large south-facing balcony, you can relax wonderfully in the shade of the walnut tree. In the living room there is a cozy sofa and a 55-inch TV with its own Netflix access.

My rooms are newly renovated and modernly furnished with a lot of love for detail. There are many excursion possibilities from here, such as Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, etc. The apartment is very centrally located. By car, it is 5 minutes to the highway and 10 minutes to the city center. 5 minutes walk to the city railway, 10 minutes via a footpath to Edeka or Lidl. There is a swimming lake on the outskirts, beautiful hiking trails. Restaurants nearby.

Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenbereich, Bad, eigenem Eingangsbereich, Terrasse und Parkplatz bietet Ihnen bestmöglichen Komfort. Es liegt sehr naturnah am Feldrand, die Straßenbahn Richtung Karlsruhe und Bretten ist in zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
