Our house is located in a purely residential area, surrounded by vineyards away from the main road. Hackenheim is known for its many wine taverns and exquisite wines. In addition to the spa town of Bad Kreuznach (3 km), there are many excursion destinations, including the Romantic Rhine (20 km) and the Saline Valley. Hiking and biking trails also attract visitors.

Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)

The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing.
