What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

I will remember this place fondly! The briefing was thorough and very friendly. In the kitchen there was a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, in short... I didn't miss anything. Coffee pods available and the welcome beers were already in the fridge! The highlight is the large garden! Lots of fruit trees, gooseberries, currants, gooseberries, rhubarb and other vegetables! You can see that Jm works in it with a lot of love! My dog liked it too! We played with his ball on the big meadow every day! Jm is immediately available and helpful for questions! The 800m to the beach are correct and the beach itself is very beautiful! In short: I give it the top rating!

This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

We recently had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Alkmaar and chose to stay at Nonney's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there - it's a cozy and lovely place, the apartment is clean and spacious, with its own courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when the weather was nice. The apartment is located not far from the city center and the bus station. It is equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, and even delicious coffee and tea. Nonney is a very kind and attentive host - she provided us with all the necessary information about interesting and useful places in Alkmaar and was always happy to respond to any of our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. The location is perfect; close to town but super peaceful. Anke is a brilliant host and makes you feel most welcome.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the place! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We particularly liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The amenities were more than very good (fresh fruit, baked rolls, drinks), the location was quiet and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to experience some great excursions. Great tips and good places that are suitable for dogs. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dogs. They could stay there without being on a leash. There were also bowls, a blanket and dog bones for you The terrace with the well-equipped garden furniture also invited you to linger. Within walking distance you can reach the great dunes, where the dogs can really romp. Simply great for people and animals. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable in Urusula's accommodation. The garden was a dream for us and absolutely perfect for our dog. The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Within a few minutes you can be on the beach by car and have plenty of peace and quiet around the accommodation if needed. The communication with Ursula was perfect. We had forgotten important personal items in the accommodation and Ursula immediately sent them to us by mail. It is absolutely not self-evident. Thank you so much, Ursula! Overall highly recommended!

Not a sterile, commercial holiday home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for staying in this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramic, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor places, for sitting, lounging, a sun spot at any time of day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavilion Noord. Those who do not yet know the region have all the possibilities from here: to explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We have returned to everyday life in a very relaxed way!

Despite the weather, we had a very cozy time and certainly enjoyed ourselves! The beds were wonderful, the shower was fine and everything we needed was present – even for music. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. A small downside: in the small room we miss bed lights, that would make it just a bit more complete. And unfortunately, of course, the weather did not cooperate, because with sun it is probably very enjoyable there by the water. There is not much to do in the area, but for us that was not a problem – it certainly did not depress our fun. In short: we have enjoyed!* Best, the Keezen girls

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, it has everything you need. The location is within walking distance to the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. To Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the central train station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back any time. Thank you Maartje for the wonderful time in your cottage :-)

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Els was very flexible with the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bicycles were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

Hello Bjorn At the beginning, we didn't even know which language to use to communicate. Dutch German English was all self-evident. We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay with you. A nice location and delicious food. We were pleased to be able to watch the beekeeper. The children became very friendly with Rebecca, the chicken, and could not let her go.
