It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A partition separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for complete privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps
