My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. Bill and Sue were wonderful! We had a change of plans and needed somewhere to stay last minute, and Bill was very welcoming at 9 pm! They also really helped us out by letting us stay two more nights in an RV that’s not listed on air bnb yet. Really kind people and the cutest little RV’s! Would definitely stay again😊

Perfect place for the weekend at local lodge rates. The view was beautiful and quiet. The sleeping accommodations were easy and so comfortable. It was nice to have an apartment and not just a room. It was a short drive to any local attraction. We will definitely recommend to others.

What a wonderful place to spread out and relax! I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the place was, and particularly loved the well equipped kitchen. It was so convenient for hiking Seneca Rocks and heading to the Dolly Sods the following morning. The WiFi is great at Janie’s house, but be aware that you will not be able to get signal for the last 20-30 min of the drive (or maybe I just have terrible service?) so just plan accordingly.

Spent a weekend at the house for my husband’s birthday. The house was very beautiful and cozy. We were able to have a nice relaxing weekend. No complaints but I would suggest maybe a few more chairs for the fire pit and maybe a sauna. We would definitely come back!
