Beachfront vacation rentals in Peterborough County

Sandra’s cabin is a cute, clean, and comfortable little spot. It’s located at a larger lodge with a handful of other units but off to the side with its own private deck and small fenced yard. The yard was perfect for our doggy friend but would have been even better if there was a private fire pit. There was a shared fire pit, however, in the area shared with the lodge. The water area was beautiful and well-stocked with water toys and seating. It is down quite a hill from the accommodations so may not be well suited for those with mobility challenges. Sandra was a perfect host - friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay and beforehand.

It’s a nice place and quiet and clean I can recommend this place to anyone i will visit this again on next summer thank you.

We had a great time at Khristel’s place in Catchacoma. She was responsive, helpful and had gone the extra mile to think about things that would make the stay extra enjoyable. Amazing lake front views, toasty hot tub, peaceful during the week and friendly neighbours on the weekends. We’d come back anytime.

We had an amazing time at The Lakehouse On The Rocks over the Mother's Day weekend. A beautiful spot - easy to find, easy key-less check-in, and it was incredibly clean and modern inside the large house. It included all of the amenities we needed to have a great trip. Our host, Travis, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had no issues - super fast and responsive. Some kind gifts also welcomed us to the home, which were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended, A++ stay and hopefully we will come back again soon!! - Thank you!

We had a lot of fun. Lots of spots for people to sleep. Games room and hot tub were fun, porch and firepit are nice areas for groups to hangout. Water nice and shallow off the dock for swimming

I have been coming to Buckhorn for decades and although the weather wasn't ideal, our overall stay was fantastic. Sarah responded to my messages in a very timely manner, was happy to answer all of my questions during the planning stage and quickly addressed a small issue we encountered upon arrival. She made us feel welcome right from the start, and it was obvious that having us enjoy our vacation was important to her. The cottage was very spacious for its size, and well-appointed with very comfortable beds and some not-so-common amenities such as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower was greatly appreciated after a day of fishing in the rain. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the large, spacious deck or the lakeside firepit area due to the weather, but they were both impressive. You simply can't go wrong vacationing in the Kawarthas, and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time…. With direct access to lake. Had lots of fun swimming, on paddle boards and on canoe definitely fun for the kids and I !! Thank you !

Nice winter getaway! Close to the town and very peaceful. We enjoyed this cottage very much - it was exactly what we needed!

We had great stay with Igor everything was as described he super friendly and responsive. The park is clean and everyone is really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will return in the near future.

Absolutely beautiful, stunning, and great scenery. The cottage was equipped with things we didn’t even know we needed. It was a clean and safe experience, and I recommend any group of friends or family to this place. Shushma was also an amazing and polite owner

The trailer had everything we needed for a family vacation. The part of the trailer with the kids bunks was very spacious with a play area and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. The pool at the campground had two lifeguards at all times, which I was very happy with. The campground also had a small Beach with a lot of communal toys to share. Racheal was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We really appreciated that she let us know ahead of time that there was an event at the campground for the kids on the day that we were arriving so that we could be prepared and enjoy it. We did a day trip to the Warsaw caves which I would definitely recommend!

We had such a good time! The pictures didn’t do the place justice, we were pleasantly surprised when we got to the cottage.

Great spot for a relaxing time with the kids. Small beach perfect for very little ones, nice park and basketball all right there. Unit is well equipped and very clean. Thanks for a nice weekend in Bobcaygeon!

Quaint, peaceful and scenic stay for a relaxing weekend. The cabin was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The private beach across the cabins is an added bonus.

This was a fun, peaceful trailer park resort with amazing amenities and gorgeous surroundings. While the trailer homes were close to each other, the fact that it was a quiet family environment, and that our spot was positioned towards the woods and had just the right window dressings, meant that we still had all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely consider coming back again. Jacqueline's place was a great place to rest up after a fun day.

The hosts are truly amazing and warm hearted. Their home was well maintain and it shows in every corner of their property. Lovely place.

We loved our stay at Paul's cottage! The place was really nice and incredibly clean. Paul was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. It's right on the lake and the views were beautiful. Definitely would stay there again!

Ben was an excellent host and the cottage was beautiful with lots to do. Ben was very communicative with me throughout the weekend and we had no issues. I highly recommend this cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at RAP Cottage. It was a spacious, well kept property with great amenities and clear instructions. There were no unexpected issues or surprises! Our kids had an amazing time on the lake and enjoyed the karaoke machine. The fire pit was a hit as well. Will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Josh’s beautiful cottage. The view was amazing and the cottage was perfect. The three bedrooms inside were very nice and the bunkie was perfect for me my husband and 2 kids There was plenty of room for the 9 of us staying there. The property was gorgeous. The only downside was we were told there was no boat launch but we found out there was a public boat launch and we could have brought our boat. Although the area at the cottage was super shallow the rest of the lake was deep. There were some big rocks in places though We enjoyed using the games and kayaks and paddle boards that were provided!! Overall it was a beautiful cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The cottage was super clean and had all of the essential items needed!! Josh was a great host and very responsive.
