The apartment is in an ideal location if you want and have time to go see some attractions. German was flexible and super friendly, although the place is just to rest, it is very comfortable and quite spacious for a good group of people. We loved the place and would definitely consider it again when planning our next trip.

Excellent stay with personalized attention by Rocio, we had a problem with the stay I had booked, which was canceled on the day of my arrival (booking). Rocio didn't provide her accommodation immediately and was attentive to our needs, giving us good recommendations to make the most of our stay. The accommodation is new and fully equipped equipped. Everything is great. I would recommend it. It is a very commercial area a few blocks from Peten Island and the Maya Mall. Communication with Jonathan was quick, friendly and attentive.

Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful view of Flores island and the friendliest hosts you could ask for. Would love to come back and stay again.

I recommend the apartment is in very good condition, it has good Internet, Smart TV, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom and everything is perfect, not to mention, the beds are comfortable. washing machine at the disposal, and at the same time there is a store with everything necessary for any additional need, the location is very good, very close to Flores, I highly recommend it She took care of us impeccable and was always ready for us and helping us Would definitely come back, worth it

Descent place in very good location!

Everything is very good, an excellent place, quite family-friendly and quiet

I would recommend staying here! It was a nice place with a lovely roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was better equipped than I expected which made cooking easy. Communication was great and they were really kind and helpful! Only downside was that the wifi basically doesn’t work.

Nice place, easy access, Thomas is an excellent host, he supported us at all times, very close to the island of flowers, the tuk-tuks pass by very often and you can get anywhere, pharmacies and food places nearby, fair price, clean accommodation, if you need internet to work it is very good speed, I would come back again.

Comfortable apartment, good location and exactly as shown in the photos. The place was perfect for our stay: clean, tidy and with all the necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, a few minutes from Isla de Flores and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and other services. It is ideal for both those visiting the area for tourism and those looking for a functional place to rest. The host's attention was excellent at all times, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely consider returning on a future visit to Peten.

I enjoyed my 8 night stay at Kipper. The cleaning staff and the hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Kiiper was quick to respond to my questions. It is in a fabulous location. Being able to use the pool was great. The bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked great and there was hot water. It is a little noisy but they provided disposable earplugs. This is the price you pay for staying in such a lively area. I highly recommend a stay here and I would gladly come back again.

amazing place in the middle of nature! we had a very rejuvinating stay in the yellow cabin, surrounded by animals and birds. the restaurant on the property is also incredible, we were very pleased to eat every single meal there. :) we also enjoyed a very special christmas menu on christmas eve. Alice was very helpful and sweet, wonderful place, 100% recommend! note: if coming by car the road up is a bit steep but we made it in our mini suv.

I had a great stay in Flores! The home was clean, modern, and really comfortable which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room was cozy, the furniture was well-kept, and the space had everything I needed. The location was ideal as it was safe, easy to find, and within walking distance to the island. There were plenty of food options nearby, and transportation was super convenient with tuk-tuks and taxis available right outside. It was also a bonus to have laundry on-site, which made it easy to clean up before returning home. Overall, I felt very at ease here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Flores!
