From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was incredibly serene — birdsong in the morning, gentle breezes through the trees, and an overall sense of calm that made it hard to leave. The space itself was immaculate. Every corner was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into maintaining the home. The cleanliness alone made it feel like a true sanctuary. What really made the experience stand out was Ariana, the host. He was absolutely perfect, so warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From quick responses to helpful local recommendations, he struck the perfect balance of being available without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear he genuinely cares about her guests' experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautifully hosted stay, this is the place.

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. Made was so welcoming and professional - he also assisted with ordering dinner to our villa from a nearby restaurant which had the best food ever! Definitely a must stay, awesome view hidden in the jungle.

What can you say about this place?? An absolute delight!! We were lucky enough to have 5 nights and it was a real highlight for us and a beautiful place to make memories. The house itself is quite remarkable. The detail and natural flow make it so serene and calming to be in and you can tell it was built with care and love. Nyoman was kind enough to send pictures of the build and explained how they used only local trades to do the work which was important to them, and as a result you can feel the community within. Some people may not be fussed either way but for us it really added to experience. It’s: situated a perfect 5min drive out of Ubud and the village was the perfect antidote to the hectic pace of town. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and everything you need if you want to stay local. Nyoman was so generous and kind with our kids and genuinely wanted us to experience his community which was awesome. A beautiful man! Hopefully we’re back soon. Thank you!?

This villa was perfect for our stay in Ubud! Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. The private pool was a godsend on hot Ubud days. Kadek was a really helpful, friendly host: he arranged early check-in for us, transported our suitcase to the villa and sorted a scooter rental for our stay. He also provided super useful extras like plenty of insect repellant and emergency phone numbers. The villa is just off a strip of restaurants, so food is never far away, and it’s only a half an hour walk to central Ubud. We’d happily recommend this place to any couple!

Absolutely lovely villa in the Heart of Ubud Bali. Great open kitchen area that allows you to feel part of the outdoors and has all the needed amenities. The 2 enclosed bedroom villas were great for our privacy, and we're nicely temperature controlled with AC for the hot Bali temps. Awesome infinity pool that looked out into the jungle. The whole place was thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend

What an incredible stay. Great communication from the get go, very attentive and organised for us an evening massage. The accommodation is as stunning as the pictures make out. Over looking Ubud jungle making you feel at one with nature. Accompanied by the sound track of the smaller local waterfall and all jungle critters was an experience to remember. Everything was very clean and tidy , our host was incredibly welcoming and helped us arrange travel for the following morning. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the busy streets and ‘want a ride’ chaos. To relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Be advised however the track to the larger waterfall can be slippery, so sensible footwear to be advised or just take it slow - but a great view once you get there

I've stayed at many Airbnb places. this was by far the nicest yet. Pande was the most genuine, sincere, friendly, helpful host. I could go on and on. I came down with some sort of stomach bug before my arrival, and Pande did everything possible to make me comfortable. he fetched medicine and special water. he cooked me whatever I requested for a bad stomach. he was incredible. the place was incredible! I felt like a king in my own castle. it was peaceful and serene. We were treated like we were the most important people in the world. nothing against other Airbnb places, but this place and Pande were truly a rare find. if I could give a higher rating, I would....Pande, you are the best!!

This place is an absolute Heaven. Tucked away in a quaint little corner of Ubud. The place has an amazing view of rice fields with the elevated covered deck giving beautiful setting to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets alike. And The host Made is one of the nicest person you would ever meet. An absolute gem with a heart of gold looking after the smallest needs of the guests. And Yes The Complimentary Breakfast provided by him is a wonderful treat. We shall be back here again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming — we were even greeted with fresh coconuts, which was such a thoughtful and refreshing gesture. The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The outdoor space is a highlight — relaxing by the private pool surrounded by lush greenery felt like a dream. What truly made our stay special was the host. Absolutely amazing — warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and it really made us feel at home. Soka Villa is the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and genuine hospitality. We loved every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The place was a lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city Bali, and traffic was zero. The house was spacious, quiet, and all rooms were comfortable, overlooking the pool and garden jungle. The villa managers, Nyoman and Wayan, were eager to support our needs and responsive to requests. They assisted in providing delicious meals, helped us arrange transportation for sunrise at Batur (very near the villa), other transportation for dining out, and went above and beyond normal villa managers to help. Henny was kind and informative to assure us that we had booked the right villa for our intended purposes. This place is exactly as represented, and is perfect if you are seeking a real Balinese experience away from tourism. We would come back again.

The place is very beautiful and tranquil. We had fun exploring Sidemen! We had a lot of questions and requests and Ketut made sure we had everything we asked for. Amazing experience sleeping in the jungle, would definitely recommend!

Wow, where do we start? The location? Right on the beach, overlooking the ocean and mountains in the west. An easy 15 min walk through the rice paddies and vineyards (yes!) to Lovina township. Or the property itself? A house of impressive dimensions that fuses traditional Balinese architecture with western mod cons. Surrounded by tranquil gardens, water features and a super-clean 25m pool. Or the property’s staff? Kadek and Iluh will cook you meals - both Balinese and western - that are on a par with the best restaurants, incredible value. They go above and beyond to organise in-house massages, or have alcoholic beverages delivered (try the local wines: grapes shipped in from Australia, but pressed, fermented and bottled in Bali - very easy drinking). And Putu the driver, who will get you anyplace anytime - even to the Batur volcano at midnight so you can to reach the summit in time for sunrise. After nearly 100 Airbnb’s since 2015, Rodolpho’s place is instantly our favourite.

The house itself is beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. We really enjoyed the space overall. One downside was that the shared living room is in a separate building, and with only one key, it made things tricky when different people wanted to use it. The area to the right felt safe and walkable, but to the left, we didn’t feel as comfortable exploring, so we stuck to one side. The staff were lovely—friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The chef/housekeeper was also very kind and clearly meant well, but she was a bit too involved for us. She often asked where we were going, who we were with, and when she could come back. While it may be cultural, we had booked the place for privacy, so it didn’t quite suit our needs. There were only three of us, so the key situation for the bedrooms worked fine, but if two people were sharing a room, one key might not be ideal. This place was on my bucket list for so long, and when I finally reached it, I found it amazing. When you build hype for something for a long time, it often does not live up to it, but this place was even better than I had hoped, better than the photos. When you look at the rice fields from the porch or any of the upper floors, you feel peace and calm. The best part is that even though it is surrounded by rice fields and the structure is designed to have you live in nature, there were minimal bugs because of how the lights are placed and how the structure is created. Truly amazing. And the host and house staff are very polite, friendly, and easy to approach.

It was a great experience , they are helpful and freindly the pool was very good and we enjoyed it alot and was totally private for a hijabi ones

Communication with the accommodation was flawless. The transfer from the airport and to activities was also provided. The furniture and furnishings were a little outdated and worn. Due to the proximity to the boy and the street, it was sometimes a little louder. Unfortunately, you couldn't walk to the supermarket either. Nevertheless, it was a great stay with great communication and nice people.

My partner and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hut it looks even better than the pictures I highly recommend a stay here! 😊

This is a truly special place we’ll never forget. We’ve traveled a lot, but never stayed in such a unique home. It’s not about traditional comfort — it’s about the atmosphere of total silence, nature, and solitude. The house is set deep in the rice fields and jungle, with no one around — only the sounds of nature. Nights can feel a bit scary, but mornings are pure bliss. The pool is filled with natural spring water — no chemicals, just cold, clean freshness. We spent the whole day swimming, even though we usually avoid hotel pools. The architecture of the house is incredible — it makes you feel deeply connected to nature and yourself. And a special thank you to the host — so kind and welcoming. He helped us light a fire and set up a cozy BBQ evening. We’ll remember this experience for a long time.
