As for the conveniency, grocery store is just a minute away, public transportation not only can be reached in a few minutes’ walk like Bukit Nanas Monorail Station (5 min) and Dang Wangi LRT Station (7 min) but guests also able to achieve by foot to the nearby Malaysia Tourism Centre (7 min), Petronas Twin Towers (18 min), Hard Rock Café (8 min), Kuala Lumpur Tower (29 min) and many other attractions. Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The parking space in front was spacious, which made things really convenient for my family. I hosted a small birthday party for close family members and it was such a great experience—especially with the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved! They had so much fun. The location is also convenient, with some shops and a petrol station nearby. The owner, Ms. Florah, was very kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already planning to come back again in the future!

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

Location was just minutes walk cutting through the university to Sunway pyramid and Sunway lagoon. The view from the balcony was Sunway lagoon itself. House was clean and comfortable. Kids bedroom had little bits of toys to entertain kids. Host provided some snacks in the kitchen as well. We had a nice stay here and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

Mr Chien is a 5 star host. Nothing but spectacular. Right from check-in until check-out, he was always responsive and very warm to us who came with a family of 7. He guided us personally to the carpark and checked us in, explained the amenities provided. The unit is very well taken care of. When it comes to cleanliness hands down the best so far I’ve been on ABNB. In fact this is the only review I’ve given. Personally I would recommend this unit to anybody I know. I don’t usually stay twice for an ABNB but this unit, pretty sure I’ll come again.
