Neues Ziegelhaus, Holzfassade, innen Lehmputz, Holz. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Ess- und Lümmelplatz (Sofa) mit Kamin. Holzböden, chices Badezimmer. Großzügiger Bewegungsraum mit großzügiger Weitsicht nach Süd und Südwest. Draußen: (Holzofen-)Sauna, Badewanne mit Badeofen, Bauerngarten zum Beerenjausnen, Tee- und Würzkräuter. Viel Platz und viel Ruhe (kaum Lichtverschmutzung) und nur ein Steinwurf von der Südsteirischen Weinstraße. Diese kleine Oase ermöglicht zu Regenerieren und Erholen.

Samo 5 minut oddaljen je najbližji kraj Šentilj, kjer so trgovine, restavraciji, igrišče, električna polnilnica za avtomobile, pošta in zdravstveni dom. Do mesta Maribor je 20 minut vožnje.
