From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. 자카르타 출장이 있어서 방문하게 되었는데, 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았음. 1,2 층에 수영장, 헬스장, 미팅할 장소가 굉장히 많았고, 건물 직원들도 친절하게 안내해줬음 laundary는 세탁물을 맡기는 시스템 같았음 ( 코인식은 아님 ) 방은 한국 기준으로는 신축 오피스텔 느낌, 건물 시설은 호텔느낌 한국 기준으로는 건물내 매점이나 시설들이 8시에 닫아서 조금 아쉬웠다. 헤어드라이기가 포함되어있지 않으니 필요하다면 반드시 챙길 것 배달도 시켜먹어 봤는데 안내해 주는 주소로 시키고, 도착하면 전화가온다, 전화를 받고 지하2층의 데스크에서 수령할 수 있어서 편했다.

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

We had a wonderful stay at Pier's place! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Check-in process was smooth too and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

I loved everything about this place! The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and communication was easy—which really matters to me. From the moment I entered the room, I was amazed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. The fresh fragrance in both the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely touch. The mattress, pillows, and bolsters were super cozy. Plus, there was free internet, good air conditioning, a strong hot and cold shower, complete kitchen amenities, fresh towels, and a full set of toiletries. I had a wonderful stay at Yevelyn’s apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was strong, which was perfect for getting a bit of work done. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Yevelyn was also a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made check-in smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again!

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

I love this location! Conveniently nearby the mall. Like 5 minute walk. The room — Im a minimalist so I found it perfect. I dont like too much space. Sturdy and comfortable mattress + tempurpedic pillow. Bonus to have a microwave. Utensils could be improved though. But overall great price for the stay

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.
