Rental fee based on the number of guests. If you want to listen to loud music, DO NOT rent my property. The guest house (annex of the house) will be rented. It has a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), and there is another house on the property but separated by a wall (I live in the other house). The rented space offers privacy, a garage with 2 spaces, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an integrated living room with a kitchen and a barbecue area. The house is on the third block from the beach (600m from the beach). Use of audio at an AMBIENT volume.

Apê 1228 is in the center of Peruíbe: a few meters away is the central market, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. In addition, in front is Peruíbe's trendiest beach. Stay in the most charming building in the city - the famous "Prédio Redondo," built in 1970 and a postcard of Peruíbe. Oh, and Apê 1228 is renovated and has a view of the entire beach shore: it's beautiful, it's passionate, it's breathtaking!! Apartment 1036 is on the 10th floor of the Serra dos Itatins Condominium, in downtown Peruíbe. It has a panoramic view of the beach, the city and the Juréia reserve. Wifi in the apartment and space for remote work (table with power point and sea view!). Nearby there are several restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all within walking distance if you wish. There are several kiosks by the sea in front of the apartment. Bedding and personal items must be brought. There's no garage!

I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
