Fully equipped, pleasant, recently renovated house with everything new, 80 meters from the beach, accommodates up to 20 people including children, spacious and airy, 1,000 m² total area, 11 x 5 HEATED POOL (up to 32°C), amazing fully equipped gourmet area in front of the pool, 4 bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, 2 of them en-suite. Bed and bath included. Huge living room open to the kitchen and outdoor area, 6 bathrooms, garage for 5 vehicles, in the best neighborhood in the city. Wi-Fi, cable TV (We have the option of a 5x2 LED PANEL) Rental available separately.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
