Marco is a very kind host and concerned about the well-being of his guests. We didn't have any kind of trouble or setback. From the reservation until our departure was totally agile. Sérgio received us with great sympathy at the check-in directing the parking spaces of the garage,which by the way are very good. The apartment is bright,spacious,with great air conditioning and a light decor and very good taste. We love it!

Perfect location... away from the noise and bustle of the night and very close to everything. Close to the beach and close to the center. Easy access to Guaraú. Very flexible host with schedules (which is wonderful). The kit is super cozy. My dogs were comfortable, of course respecting the rules of the condominium. Marley was super attentive and helpful, making us very comfortable. We love it!

The house is very comfortable, clean and pleasant, we went in a large group of adults and children and we were well installed. We traveled as a family on the Easter holiday, the leisure area of the house is really cool. Clovis assisted us with kindness and proactivity whenever we needed it. The only “bad” thing was that traveling to this one with older people is complicated because it only has 1 double bed and the trundle beds are difficult for them, but it worked out in the end, and the problem is not with the accommodation, we didn't see it before renting. Owner Josie was very kind and helpful, being available from the beginning to the end of our stay. However, the check-in at the concierge was not pleasant; both the concierge and the trustee were rude and unappealing. Fortunately, after contacting Josie, the situation was quickly resolved. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Very cool leisure areas for those who go with children.
