The studio is well-lit and ventilated, overlooking the garden, and on the second and fourth level there are terrace patios for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, or stargazing. It's an intimate space for one or two people with all the amenities. Parking is available outside the accommodation (it is a quiet street). As hosts, we will always be available during your stay with us.

It's located four blocks from “Cats Park”, “Larcomar” and one block from the top 1 restaurant in the world “Maido”. One block from a convenience store, laundry and coffee shops. Three blocks from numerous banks, change agents, tour and travel agencies to make your stay convenient. The spacious living room is opened to a modern kitchen that is fully equipped to cook like at home. As well You have your own terrace but right now there is a construction on the front, it can be noisy sometimes.
