Vacation rentals with a patio in Perth and Kinross

Had a lovely few days at Evelyn’s place. Clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The property itself was immaculate, and in a great location, peaceful and a short walk into the centre of Pitlochry. On street parking was always available. Would recommend and will definitely be back 😊

Very well located, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Great to be in Perth for the Arts Festival too. Don't miss Branklyn Gardens - unexpected highlight of our visit.

This is a lovely little flat. Lovely layout and scrupulously clean. Everything worked and all was as advertised. It’s a cool apartment in a lovely old converted church. Walkable to town, the pubs, restaurants and also well situated for the Hydro Hotel. There’s a parking space but there is also lots of on-road parking too. I’d recommend this to you and Gordon and Emma were great too.

Absolutely perfect. Carly was an amazing host, the flat is welcoming and had everything we needed, and more. It felt like a real home from home in a perfect setting. Thank you for everything, and we’ll be back soon.

Such a lovely little home in Perth, the rooms are so well decorated and we felt right at home! The lockbox was easy to find and the place had some basic toiletries and amenities. The beds were comfy. Lee and Margot were so helpful in the lead up to the stay as well. Thoroughly enjoyed!

It’s so good we come back every year. Brilliantly placed in the town, away from the high street but easy walking distance to the amenities. Fiona was always so quick to respond and the place was so dog friendly it really made our stay perfect. Already booked for next year!!!

We can't say enough about Mel, our host. He is a SUPER, Super host. He met us at the house, explained all the nuances of running the appliances, coffee maker, etc. I have stayed in many AirBnb's, and this was the most well stocked home yet; bread, coffee, snacks,OJ, Milk, lots of spices, and just about everything to get you started. The view from the porch is stunning. The house was immaculate in cleanliness and decorating. An added bonus; the hotter. Just can't say enough. I highly recommend this property. Janice

Peaceful and quiet location perfectly situated to explore the local area. Comfortable and well equipped home with multiple large / spacious living spaces and an extensive well maintained garden.

We stayed for a week for my partners birthday and had the most incredible time. The views were stunning and you could just sit all day and watch the wildlife on the lake! Beds were comfy and had all the amenities you needed. We didn’t want to leave!

This place is a rare gem with 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and en suite bathrooms! This area is so charming and has lots to offer. We have already recommended this place to others. Thanks Claire for your part in our magical vacation.

The lodge was all new, very well equipped and super clean. The views down the glen are fantastic. It is an easy walk in to Aberfeldy. I would recommend the lodge for a family trip.

The cottage is very quiet and you don't notice anything from the farm. You are regularly greeted in the morning by deer, which you can see from the kitchen. Sheep and cows graze at the front. Wonderful! The wood-burning stove rounds off the ambience and makes a cosy evening in the living room a lovely end to a day in the Cairngorms. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation to others.

A lovely quiet and peaceful bungalow within walking distance of Scone, Brown and Blacks pub for good food, and a regular bus service into Perth. This is our second stay at Ross’s place, a great base to explore the area and a comfortable home to return to.

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing, 5 of us stayed with plenty of room for all. The apartment was spotless and the decor was lovely. We all loved it. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, our host has thought of everything you might need. Would loved to have stayed longer and explored the surrounding area but due to other commitments this was not possible. This truely is a first class accommodation. Thank you.

This is a very beautiful and spotless place. It has all the things one needs for a peaceful stay. The little backyard outside is also very pretty. All in all it’s a very good place for the price paid.

We really enjoyed our stay in Susan's lovely flat. Everything was so clean and quirky with all the little nods to it's location. The welcome hamper was such a welcome unexpected surprise too. We found everything really well appointed, the standout for me was the separate bath which has become increasingly rare nowadays wherever you stay. The private garden and parking space too was a boon, and again, hard to come by in properties at that price point. I also appreciated the supering size bed, as we will not stay anywhere with anything less. Thanks Susan and The Property Girls for a lovely stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Lovely flat that was very nicely furnished throughout and a well stocked kitchen to cover all your needs. It is in a great location tucked away by the river yet only 2 minute walk from the Main Street with all the amenities required. Host was proactive with communication and Callander is a lovely base to visit the region.

Don’t know if others have mentioned it but Alyson has everything stocked in the flat you will ever need. If you’re cooking in, then you’re covered with pans and baking paper etc. Forgot your shower gel, well there will be some in the vanity unit. Want a 2am tunnocks, nice little jar of them by the kettle. Place is spotless and perfect for a stay in Pitlochry. Extra mention for noticing one of our coats being left hung up in the downstairs bedroom and letting us know so we were able to turn round and come back for it.

Excellent stay - red squirrels and deer spotted in the garden during our visit and a very cosy spot to relax after a day's walking in the mountains. Pitlochry is a little touristy but the place is nicely tucked away, access to a supermarket was very helpful and the location is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Ben Vrackie is walkable from the door and there are plenty of great hikes to choose from with a quick drive. Lyn and her husband were helpful and welcoming hosts but mostly left us to ourselves, which was perfect!
