Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Persian Gulf

It was a very nice experience

We were hoping to check in a little early but unfortunately the rooms they had available for early check in weren’t going to work for us since there was only 1 bed. Then we were told to go kill some time and come back at the scheduled check in time. When we came back we then proceeded to wait in the lobby for over an hour past our scheduled time for our room. Mind you this is after nearly 2 days of traveling.

I had a great stay at the Torch Tower in Dubai Marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The view was beautiful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Marina, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The building is secure, with helpful staff and solid amenities including a gym and pool. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

Diane is a wonderful host, makes you feel right at home. It was a real pleasure staying with her, truly like being with a friend. Space if you want or need it, conversation if you do. She warmly offers coffee or whatever she’s making for herself, making it a very homely experience. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay! Excellent value for money and the fact that the apartment was attached to the mall was great.

The good thing about the Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments 1. 10 minutes walk to the central bus station. 2. Very friendly staff and they even gave us the room early 3. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need for cooking and even a desk to work (as if it were an apartment), even a washing machine (does not include soap) 4. Two minutes away is the Omar Bin Al Khatab Mosque bus station (something especially useful since the routes to the most touristy areas pass through here). 5. The bathtub was very useful after walking so much. The bad thing: Communication. I'm still waiting for the host's response as to whether we could arrive earlier (at that time I didn't know it was a hotel). I could improve: Offer a map for people who arrive on foot from the central station (maps do not show the small streets that serve as a shortcut well); by taxi for the distance they should charge 7 Dirham (5 for the flag and another 2 for the distance) but there is a minimum fee of 12 Dirham that I did not want to pay.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

I absolutely loved my stay! The host and staff were super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Despite being a dorm, the place was spotless and had everything I needed. The balcony view was TO DIE FOR - stunning! The host was so polite and humble, it really added to the whole experience. I cooked my own meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and didn't stress about laundry thanks to the washing machine. The comfy sofas in the living area were perfect for late-night work sessions. And let's not forget the billiards fun! I'm already planning my next stay - it truly felt like home!Thanks for comfortable stay 😀

Needed a last minute stay as my flight was delayed to next day and host was very responsive, under an hour answered my request and had everything booked. Great response times

Olugbotola has to be the most patient and chill guy I’ve encountered up till now. My company had an engineer over from china around new year and hotel availability was nill and we ended up at his Appartment. The guest from china was not here to make friends to say the least and tried his best to do things he shouldn’t have been doing but I’m extremely grateful to Olugbotola for bearing him there for 5 days. It was a nice peaceful place. I was worried about privacy in shared place but i hardly saw any of the other people staying. Shozi communicated things really well and helped out with every issue
