The house is on one level (one step inside), on a very quiet street, in the heart of a village that has all the shops (and a supermarket 5 minutes away). Located 4 km from Loches, a royal city, and its forest, you can explore the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, the Beauval Zoo, and more.

It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.
