Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Programmes of these events can be easily provided on request, or by viewing (rajouter le site internet) websites Local market and shops are only 5 km away. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. On your arrival you will find a welcome package that includes items like sugar, coffee, tea, milk, as well as toilet paper, soap and cleaning products.

Individual cottage "with the inhabitant" of 45 m2, it is located in a vast and beautiful property of the 19th century typical of the region. 1.5 km from the Bel-Air stud farm, it is ideal for riders, but will be excellent as a starting point for visiting the area. Great for a stay for a couple, or family with 2 children, this is the renovated pool house of the main house. It is independent and offers breathtaking views of the bicentennial cedar planted in the middle of the park, with the pond at the bottom.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Étienne and Aude welcome you to their home, in an individual cottage “homestay”. Perfect for a couple or family with 2 children, it is an independent house, with autonomous access from the “garden” entrance, and typical of the area with its stone walls and cheekbones.

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.
