Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Permas Jaya

Host was super responsive, helpful and nice. Places is clean but only the sofa was abit dirty but still acceptable i feel. Towels are provided, extra pillows and toilet paper too. Overall it was such a amazing stay, i only hope there were toys for children’s t play. Location wise convenient, there is 24hrs food restaurant, massage, mart and aeon supermarket and also kids indoor playground. I will definitely go back t spend my stayca there!

We had wonderful stay at Imran place. Imran was very thoughtful as he knows we are traveling with a kid and he provided a kid head to toe shampoo/shower gel for us. This gesture made a huge difference for us. Its show a genuine understanding of traveling needs for traveling family with kids. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment itself is as advertised, clean and neat. Location is top with many kids friendly activities such as Arcade, Indoor playground , skating rink etc just below the apartment. Food is also readily available for all ages. Adult too have many option to shop and enjoy a cuppa ot coffee while the kids are enjoying themselves. Overall strongly recommend Imran place to all.

really loved the aesthetic design, all the furnishings were well curated to the wood/beige theme. pity the water machine didnt work well. the next morning, no water dispensed out even though power was on. the bed was very comfortable. 5min drive to ksl. the swimming pool floor had a separate jacuzzi pool but i didnt know how to turn on the jacuzzi, cant find the button , and no signage at level 53 how to use it.

Great location! The floor the unit is on was super convenient, with access to the pool, gym, and a sky bridge that connects the residential tower directly to the mall. It's also just a 5-min drive or 15-min walk to JB Sentral, which made crossing to Singapore super convenient. There's even another sky bridge from the station to the mall where the unit is located in—no need to go to street level. The crossing itself is a bit of a trek (2–3 hours depending on the time), especially returning to Malaysia due to visa checks—even with a US passport, I got stopped each time. Not the Airbnb's fault, just something to be aware of if you're planning multiple crossings. That said, the unit was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and had no smell, which made it very comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. When I encountered a small issue, they responded quickly and helped to settle it without any hassle.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

It was an awesome stay here. Feel like home. We can see the swimming pool from both rooms. Checking in/out was a breeze. The host even provide us with a prayer mat. The place is close to food stalls and 24 hours convenience store. Highly recommend.

We didn’t have much expectation since it was our first Airbnb experience…turned out superb and Mr Chong’s place has just raised the bar. House is well maintained and feels clean when we stepped in. Location was good as there were eateries and massage places nearby. Will return again next time. Thanks Mr Chong.

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

We appreciated the small details of the place: passcode access to both the mailbox and our apartment, which was more convenient than keys, and the two bottles of water provided. The host was also very accommodating with additional requests, such as adjusting check-in and check-out times.

True to description, and the facilities are good for those w young children! Definitely worth a night’s stay in JB, close to Midvalley. There are also food shops/bakery at ground floor near to the apartment. Security is strict, which is good for safety.

Sarah's & Yeow's place was clean, cozy and baby friendly; I had my 5 months old twin daughters at their place and it felt like home! All amenities provided was convenient. Thank you for the awesome stay and looking forward to staying at your place in the future 😀

It’s my second time booking a stay with Lingling. The location cannot be better, it’s near to many highly rated eating places and two malls. She’s a highly responsive and helpful host. Will definitely stay with her again.
