Far from traffic the area is very quiet except occasional songs of birds and cries of forest fowls. If you are lucky you may and spot some barking deer as well. This is an ideal location for those who want to come for retreat/ meditation /as honeymoon trip / to rejuvenate your mind.

A great place to stay with family. Very near to all tourist attractions, restaurants... etc. Very well maintained property with clean living room, bathroom and balcony. Nitheesh is a great host - always approachable, very helpful, highly informed on the tourist places not just in thekkady, but even outside that and did suggest a few places to visit (with details) which are even 25 kms away. A high recommend for families..

We had an amazing stay at this place! After visiting Kumarakom, we booked this as a stopover on our drive back to Bangalore, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The property is stunning, and our group of seven unanimously rated this stay better than our houseboat experience in Kumarakom. The caretaker, Titus, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and ensured all our needs were met. While the food could use some improvement, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We have no complaints and are already looking forward to visiting again!

The balcony is adorned with festive lights, casting a warm glow against the evening backdrop. A hanging swing chair accompanies two seated chairs and a table, creating a cozy ambiance with views of the lush greenery and the flowing river beyond.

right from booking till check-out don and his parents were in touch and responsive.. special note .. it's situated on the bank of river .. person staying there should bath there, it was very fun .. children would love it.... highly recommended..
