Muy recomendado el apartamento, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, restaurante cerca, iglesia, parque. Todo lo necesario para disfrutar. La anfitriona Juana muy amable.

Great place, i will come back again

I had an awesome stay here! The apartment was super clean, modern, and just like the photos. Private parking was a huge plus, and I always felt really safe in the building. The views were awesome. I loved how the big windows slide all the way open—great for fresh air and natural light. It also had everything I needed for a longer stay, including a washer and full kitchen. Location was super convenient, close to La Circunvalar, restaurants and everything in town. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Pereira!!

En general todo está bien. Creo que hay que hacer la precisión de que no tiene estacionamiento, sin embargo el sector se percibe seguro y el Auto se puede dejar en la calle. Fuera de eso perfecto. Yo volvería sin duda a hospedarme aquí de ser posible.

Ótima localização, apartamento novo, fica perto de tudo, o anfitrião bem receptivo e responde rápido. Voltaria com certeza.

I loved David’s apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. I also loved the location. I felt very safe, and the security guards were very friendly. I also enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful views! I would definitely recommend David’s place!

Un lugar muy acogedor, con excelentes características y una ubicación muy buena cerca de uno de los centros comerciales de Pereira, un Oxxo a una cuadra y en un lugar con buena percepción de seguridad, la anfitriona, súper amigable, atenta y ágil para contestar los requerimientos y solicitudes. Un lugar para repetir y recomendar, gracias.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, muy cómodo todo lo encuentras muy limpio. La atención con la anfitriona es Excelente siempre está al pendiente y responde muy bien. Recomendado 100%

La verdad el departamento está hermoso y extremadamente impecable sábanas, toallas, en general el departamento olía a limpio si hubiera 20 estrellas sin pensar se lo pondría. Volvería a quedarme ahí además Santiago muy amable y siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien para la estadía. Totalmente recomendable

This place matches the description and goes beyond expectations. The place was comfortable, clean, well located, the view is 10/10, close to everything. I worked from there and the internet was super reliable and fast! Paulina was always responsive and willing to assist with anything I needed. I had a issue with my own hair dryer and Paulina solved this issue right away. The building felt safe and quiet at night. Thanks Paulina for the hospitality, I cannot wait to come back

Fantastic experience here. It’s very close to the mall and smartfit. It has everything i need to be comfortable. I felt safe the entire time. Great wifi while i work remote. Juan is the best host! Very quick responses and was very helpful. I would recommend his place for future tenants.

I love the style of the apt You have all what you need to be comfortable . Most stylish place to stay in Santa Rosa so far in my opinion . The only thing is that is next to the street and you may hear the cars passing by . But if that is not an issue to you . It may be the best option

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

El alojamiento es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, todo se ve nuevo y con un estilo muy moderno. Josef estuvo demasiado atento a cualquier requerimiento que tuvimos y fue muy flexible con el check out debido a que estaba lloviendo al momento de salir. Sin duda, regresaría!

Gracias Juan José por todo. El apartamento es muy completo con todo lo que uno necesita para descansar: muy bien amoblado, cocina equipada, plancha para ropa, toallas, hasta raqueta por si hay zancudos. Nos gustó mucho porque iba con adultos mayores y es un primer piso, eso facilita mucho todo. Apenas hicimos la reserva, Juan nos escribió y estuvo muy pendiente de todo. También debo mencionar que la ubicación facilita la salida de la ciudad hacia algunas zonas turísticas fácilmente. En definitiva, volveríamos a este Airbnb una y mil veces.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y bien ubicado. Alejandra siempre fue muy clara con sus indicaciones, estuvo muy atenta a nuestra estadía y siempre respondió muy amable. Súper recomendado
