Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Wake up to the gentle sound of my donkey and meet my ponies, goats... Romantic getaway, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments enjoyable!

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10), located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. This small, warm and cozy duplex is located on the 1st floor near the church in Nogent sur Seine. Refurbished, it still has a stigma of its old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It has nevertheless been renovated by Maytop (Lépine competition), which secured it thanks to non-slip stair nosing. However, I do not recommend it for children.

Ideal for two people, the sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional people. Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.
