Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pennedepie

We were a family of 6 staying for a long weekend over Easter. Lauren's communication was excellent and we really appreciated the detailed list of supermarkets, shops and things to do - having not been to this area before we were reassured that it would be a good choice. The accommodation, especially the downstairs areas in the kitchen, lounges and table outside were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in Normandy coming from the UK as is only a 2-3 hour drive from Calais and an excellent base for places like Bayeux, Honfleur and Deauville. Very peaceful, idyllic location. Relaxing, private garden. Good range of utensils in kitchen. The dining area could benefit from improved seating but it's a relatively minor point. For any elderly visitors, or people with mobility restrictions, the bathroom is on the ground floor. Very easy drive to Honfleur and the surrounding area and there's a good bakery in Genneville.

We had a great time in a very nice environment, very quiet, a small peaceful oasis with a very large garden, trampoline swing and horses that made my daughters happy😊. It is a beautiful cottage, a lot of charm, very well decorated with everything you need in terms of equipment, whether for cooking, towels, children's games etc… the bedding is excellent Honfleur is only ten minutes by car. Brief, superb stay. We recommend it 100%. We hope to be able to return one 😊day. A big thank you to Beatrice for her kindness and hospitality as well as for the small welcome gift.

From the beginning a warm welcome from Julie, and a warm feeling when entering the house. A beautiful, cozily furnished house, with all amenities. Located in a quiet, green area. Plenty of privacy, large garden where the children could play. The location of the house is convenient, to combine with trips in Normandy. Such as the landing beaches, Honfleur. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, an experience not to forget!!

This is an absolutely amazing home! It exceeded our expectations and Nicolas and Claire were exceptional hosts. The home is beautiful and the countryside is stunning. We are in love with Normandy. If you're considering visiting, this is an outstanding location that is so close to so many places. The DDAY beaches, the cider trail, museums, beautiful cathedrals--and we did not have a bad meal. It seems like everywhere we stopped to eat was top notch. We are in love!

Beautiful home in a perfect setting for a family stay in the sun. The outdoor spaces are very nice, the house is well appointed and warm. We immediately feel at home. A big thank you to Aurore for hosting, fluid communication and flexibility.

We recommend this accommodation: cozy, clean and tidy, space for business, good location, etc. Everything is done to make you feel at home, but better. There's even a nice electric fireplace. Beautiful property in an amazing location and very professional hosting.

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

Very good stay in a beautiful villa that matches the description exactly. The plus is the indoor heated swimming pool, a pleasant garden and activities for everyone. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. we highly recommend this beautiful villa for family or friend gatherings.

Extremely well decorated villa, very well equipped, impeccable bedding, all necessary utensils, spacious, the hosts are very responsive, we had a great stay, recommended without so much as a second thought and as a bonus a very appreciable jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

Thank you very much to our Hosts. The house, the view, the setting, everything was exceptional. We had a wonderful weekend with friends and our children, and we will have beautiful memories, even if the weather wasn't great every day!
