Brand New Alberta Arts District Gem

This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

This light and bright studio is the lower level of our family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Enjoy your own entrance and private space. This open studio can accommodate two people with a soft and comfortable queen bed, an eating area with table and chairs, a private bathroom with tile shower, TV, and kitchenette. While there is no shared space, please keep in mind you may hear footsteps, voices, or noise from above at points throughout the day, and we do have small children.

Spacious, newly renovated basement apartment one block from the beautiful rose gardens of Peninsula Park and walking distance to Killingsworth, Mississippi and N Williams neighborhoods. Bike friendly neighborhood and a quiet street but close to amazing restaurants, bars and shops! Kids will love the playground in the park. One bedroom with queen bed and a double bed in a nook off of the living area. Kitchen is a wet bar with microwave, full fridge, coffee maker, hot plate. Shared backyard!

Located just one block from all the best North Portland has to offer; coffee shops, brunch spots, neighborhood bars and shops. Very easy access to public transit (light rail and bus) and only one exit from downtown. 15 minutes to the airport and 8 minutes to Forest Park. Includes a spacious private yard/patio and firepit.
