We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. Made was so welcoming and professional - he also assisted with ordering dinner to our villa from a nearby restaurant which had the best food ever! Definitely a must stay, awesome view hidden in the jungle.

What can you say about this place?? An absolute delight!! We were lucky enough to have 5 nights and it was a real highlight for us and a beautiful place to make memories. The house itself is quite remarkable. The detail and natural flow make it so serene and calming to be in and you can tell it was built with care and love. Nyoman was kind enough to send pictures of the build and explained how they used only local trades to do the work which was important to them, and as a result you can feel the community within. Some people may not be fussed either way but for us it really added to experience. It’s: situated a perfect 5min drive out of Ubud and the village was the perfect antidote to the hectic pace of town. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and everything you need if you want to stay local. Nyoman was so generous and kind with our kids and genuinely wanted us to experience his community which was awesome. A beautiful man! Hopefully we’re back soon. Thank you!?

Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einwandfrei. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zu Aktivitäten war auch vorhanden. Die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Durch die Nähe zum Jungen und der Straße war es teilweise etwas lauter. Supermarkt konnte man leider auch nicht zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt mit super Kommunikation und netten Leuten.

Overall a very nice and private place. It’s a cool setup with indoor bedroom and outdoor living area and bathroom. The Host is very communicative and polite. The only thing to us was the private pool and bathtub, which is great to have, however the rice farmer next door can see everything in the garden and was around a lot as well.

Very nice accomodation with 2 cute waterfalls nearby. You can order food by messenger from restaurants since it is a little bit remote.

Absolutely lovely villa in the Heart of Ubud Bali. Great open kitchen area that allows you to feel part of the outdoors and has all the needed amenities. The 2 enclosed bedroom villas were great for our privacy, and we're nicely temperature controlled with AC for the hot Bali temps. Awesome infinity pool that looked out into the jungle. The whole place was thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend

We had an exceptional stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with great kindness and special attention throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The view of the rice fields is simply breathtaking — a true haven of peace, with no noise in the surroundings, making the experience even more relaxing. Our hosts were extremely attentive, always ready to help meet our needs, even with last-minute requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: just a 25 minute scooter ride from Ubud, yet far enough removed to enjoy a peaceful and authentic environment. The access is easy, which is a real plus. The free breakfast was delicious and we paid extra to enjoy the beautifully decorated floating breakfast. We recommend this accommodation 200%, whether for a short or long stay. This is a truly special place we’ll never forget. We’ve traveled a lot, but never stayed in such a unique home. It’s not about traditional comfort — it’s about the atmosphere of total silence, nature, and solitude. The house is set deep in the rice fields and jungle, with no one around — only the sounds of nature. Nights can feel a bit scary, but mornings are pure bliss. The pool is filled with natural spring water — no chemicals, just cold, clean freshness. We spent the whole day swimming, even though we usually avoid hotel pools. The architecture of the house is incredible — it makes you feel deeply connected to nature and yourself. And a special thank you to the host — so kind and welcoming. He helped us light a fire and set up a cozy BBQ evening. We’ll remember this experience for a long time.

Petite parenthèse d’une nuit dans cette cabane. Nous avons adoré ce calme et cette vue absolument magnifique sur les rizières et les montagnes. Le lit est grand, et nous avons le nécessaire dans cette cabane! Le petit chien nous manque déjà, tellement adorable. En revanche quelques points à noter pour ceux qui veulent du confort : nous sommes arrivés un jour d’orages et de grosses pluies, donc les draps du lit étaient très humides ainsi que l’intérieur de la cabane. De plus, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans la douche lors de notre séjour. A noter aussi que nous n’étions pas véhiculés, et que le soir il n’y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants ouverts aux alentours. À part ça, ça a été un superbe moment dans un superbe endroit ! What a magnificent place! From the welcome juice and fresh fruit plate on arrival to the pristine temple grounds this place could not get any better! Anselmus and his team are excellent hosts! Fast at responding to messages and respecting privacy at the villa! The pictures do not do this place any justice! You do have creepy crawlers etc around the bathroom but that’s to be expected when you’re in the jungle! The whole area is area is full of traditional Balinese culture! From the sacred pools just a short walk away to the temple right above the very private villa! It is very isolated and not close to amenities for convenience but if peace and tranquility is your vibe then this is the place for you! Anselmus and his team cook some very tasty meals with prior arrangement! Overall our experience here was above and beyond our expectations! A very unforgettable stay and hopefully make it back some day soon!

The Villa is located about two and half hours from the airport and the large resorts. If you want to experience Bali the way it was before being loved to death, this villa will exceed your expectations. We were met by a driver with a comfortable SUV at the airport who transferred us to the villa. The driver and vehicle were available the entire time. It is my understanding that being taken close by did not have a cost. Having the driver take you around the island for the day had an additional cost. Confirm this with Susi. Balian beach and a few restaurants are located about ten minutes away. The staff kept the villa clean, and provided fresh towels. Breakfast was included, lunch and dinner, prepared by the staff are for sale from a menu. My wife and I purchased wine at the airport and stopped at a grocery store on the drive to the villa. The pictures of the villa are an accurate representation. Had toy's for young children. We are taking home a memorable experience.

We booked the El Dorado Villa as part of our first stop for a 2 week trip in Bali. We stayed here for 4 nights. Ester was our contact and was incredibly responsive. She even allowed us to check in early and drop our bags off. The property is located down a small road which can fit a car down. It’s next door to the ‘Astaga Flats’. Nearby are great breakfast choices we went to ‘Rise and Shine’ every morning. You also have ‘Copenhagen cafe’ on the corner. The property itself is just amazing. It was incredibly clean and so spacious. It was just the two of us and we really enjoyed the odd afternoon by the pool. There is a kitchen area but we didn’t use it but had all the amenities if you were staying there long term and looking to not eat out although the places on the doorstep for food are so cheap. Easy pick up and drop offs for grab taxis and mopeds. Would highly recommend staying here. Great value and great amenities. Special mention to Ester who was always responsive and helpful!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Sie war perfekt für Erholung. Es gab gratis Trinkwasser und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben auch die Möglichkeit genutzt, über sie Abendessen zu bestellen. Das gesamte Team war sehr nett und half uns ebenfalls, den Weitertransport zu organisieren. Es muss einem nur klar sein, dass es weiter weg vom nächsten Ort ist und mitten in der Natur ist.

Wow! My kids said it best when they walked in “I didn’t know Balinese style can be so beautiful”. And on the last day, they asked if we could come back to “the most beautiful AirBnB” they have ever stayed in! The Balinese styled pool is just stunning and water is always warm and inviting . We love lounging by the pool, listening to the coos of the birds, and relaxing (much better than any beach club in Bali!). We enjoyed breakfast at Mewali 2 min walk away, and sunset walks 5 min away at Seseh beach. Check out Alus Warung or Pantai Warung Seseh on the beach around sunset time nearby too. Location is so tranquil yet only abt 12 min away to the trendy shops and restaurants of Pererenan. What a wonderful stay with friendly staff. We felt really well taken care of and safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sri who is always kind, and very responsive! It was such a restful stay and we love to be back!

I've stayed at many Airbnb places. this was by far the nicest yet. Pande was the most genuine, sincere, friendly, helpful host. I could go on and on. I came down with some sort of stomach bug before my arrival, and Pande did everything possible to make me comfortable. he fetched medicine and special water. he cooked me whatever I requested for a bad stomach. he was incredible. the place was incredible! I felt like a king in my own castle. it was peaceful and serene. We were treated like we were the most important people in the world. nothing against other Airbnb places, but this place and Pande were truly a rare find. if I could give a higher rating, I would....Pande, you are the best!!

Потрясающая вилла!! Невероятно красивая территория, джунгли словно из фильма, пение птиц по утрам! Нам понравилось буквально все! Уютные спальни, комфортные большие кровати, очень удобные матрасы. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, полноценная кухня с посудомойкой – что не часто встретишь на Бали. Все чисто и уютно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, девушки помогли нам разложить и погладить вещи. Утром нам приготовили вкуснейший плавучий завтрак, спасибо Кадеку еще раз! И отдельное спасибо за фотографии в бассейне, огромное удовольствие плавать в бассейне и видом на каньон. Вилла такая уютная и красивая, что совсем не хочется уезжать, мы вернемся сюда на более длительный срок 100 процентов! Это тот редкий случай когда фото не передают всей красоты и масштаба виллы! Спасибо, едем дальше на север!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The location is amazing, surrounded by lush jungle and the cabin is stocked with everything you need. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food at the lodge was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Home & staff were amazing! Polite, respectful, helpful, attentive, & accommodating. Big shout out to Putu, the house manager, she’s a rock star! Une vraie cabane de Robinson Crusoe, on est plongé au cœur de la jungle. Le logement traditionnel est très atypique appelle à une déconnexion totale. L’accueil est parfait et le petit déjeuner est très savoureux. Nous avons passé un excellent, je recommande si vous cherchez de l’authenticité. Attention, l’endroit est très isolée, accès 10 minutes à pied. Toutes les pièces sont ouvertes, il ne faut pas avoir peur des petits animaux (inoffensifs) de la jungle…
