Very clean Airbnb and fulfilled exactly what we needed! Very responsive and attentive host as well 😇

We had a group of 4 that take a week long golf trip every year. This house was within 30-40 minutes to several great golf courses, we played two rounds every day and never played the same course twice, then came back for all the games at the house. Great space for our group, no master on suite, but bathrooms were upgraded and clean. Kitchen had everything you could want including what you needed for cooking outside. We are trying to lock in our dates for next year and will definitely be back. Thanks for having such a fun house.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

We recently hosted a graduation party and spent the weekend with family at this incredible Airbnb, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. The in-ground pool was an absolute hit—sparkling clean and the perfect backdrop for our weekend of fun. The outdoor space was spacious and welcoming, giving us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling private and peaceful. What truly stood out was the level of service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find a space that’s both stunning and so comfortably livable. We made memories here that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier stay with exceptional hospitality!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with 3 generations. Three nice bedrooms with private baths, plus a half bath off the kitchen gave us each our own space. An open kitchen, living and dining area made it perfect for being together. We made good use of the large, eat at island with comfortable chairs. My 89 year old father-in-law especially appreciated the swivel chairs with arm rests to help him get up and down with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, but it would have been nice to have more plates and forks, so we didn’t have to wash them between each meal. The kitchens up and down are both large and clean. We brought all of our food for three days, so we had plenty of room to store stuff. My son, wife and two year old daughter were in heaven with the kayaks, row boat, paddle boat and two person paddle board. They even talked us old fogies into getting out on the water. It was a chilly weekend, so the hot tub was great too. Hope to return!

Condo was fantastic! Greatly appointed for a big group - plenty of dishes, dining room seating etc. Kitchen was great for making large group meals and had all the devices anyone could need. The unit had great quality throughout - towels, mattresses, hot tub, decor, ski storage in garage, etc. etc. And all very new and clean!

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

Davina’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed at in a while. It was extremely organized and had everything it stated on the listing. We appreciate a quiet and peaceful place to come back to throughout a weekend of festivities. If we are ever in the area again we will absolutely look them up to stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at Whispering Birch for three nights. The house is very attractive inside; plenty of room, nice decor, comfortable beds. The kitchen is the best stocked of any Airbnb I have stayed at! If you like to cook, you're going to love it. Three ways to make coffee, supplies for tea drinkers as well, lots of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, nice pottery serving bowls, a decent stock of spices, and even chopsticks. Walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Janete was quick to respond to the couple questions we had during our stay. Next time I'm in Sandpoint, this will be my first choice for where to stay!

Super easy to find was in a nice secluded area. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Was very welcoming to our pup had a wonderful dog bed available!

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

This home is something special. The craftsmanship is stunning, the hosts thought of everything, and the view—absolutely out of this world. We came up from Texas to slow down, and this place gave us exactly that. Peace, beauty, and laughter around the dinner table. Wildlife wandered right through the yard, adding to the magic. The hosts weren’t on-site but responded immediately when needed—so kind and thoughtful. And at night? There’s nothing quite like soaking in the jacuzzi tub, moonlight glowing through the window, with the mountains standing quiet in the distance. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

It was a great place for us to stay just outside of Sandpoint. Communication with the host was always quick and clear

Julie's house and property are beautiful and felt very private. My wife and I were able to see a lot of wildlife; deer, ducks, turkeys. The hot tub was the perfect place to look at the stars at night! We recommend Goat Mountain Pizza in Bonner's Ferry. We are fortunate to have had a chance to stay.

This stay was our favourite of our two week long trip from BC to Manitoba. It is incredible in every way!

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

After staying at Vince’s place next door and having a fantastic experience, we decided to try this one out and it did not disappoint. This home has a totally different vibe: super cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family weekend or group getaway. You can tell Vince put the same care into creating a relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and fun. The backyard setup is amazing, a hot tub, a cold plunge, a large sauna, and a private patio that’s great for meals or just hanging out under the stars. Then a second hot tub off the primary suite balcony! We loved how quiet it felt, even being so close to all the CDA action. Plus, the detached room with the pool and ping pong tables was a fun bonus space, great for late night games. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The layout worked great for our group, especially with the extra privacy in the detached space. Vince was, once again, an awesome host. If you’re considering this spot, book it!
