Our place is a unique loft, open-plan living, with exposed brickwork and stunning artwork. An ideal base to explore Puerto Peñasco. Modern kitchen with concrete counters, coffee maker and all new appliances. Wifi and gated parking area are included. The loft has a 1 queen size bed also a small sofa bed in the living room. Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

You will have no problem planning your stay!!!
