Apartment in an excellent location to visit downtown Valladolid, as described and shown in the photos. Blanca responds instantly and is very attentive. If we go back we will repeat for sure.

Great place to stay for a 2 night break, we were driving down to Andalusia and wanted to break our journey. Having a full day to explore Segovia was ideal. Fernando was prompt with instructions on how to find & enter the apartment. There is one very similar so glad he sent photos! The apt was just like photos and very clean & great showers! Our apartment was a short walk from the Aqueduct in one direction & steps that took us up into the main centre of Segovia, it meant we had somewhere quieter to stay & we were also able to enjoy an evening mixing with all local people at two of the bars around the corner. The nearest shop, just on the side street we drove down to reach apt., was deceptive in that small at the front but big inside, my Spanish is limited but young woman on the checkout was very helpful.

Recommended. Very friendly check in. Very clean place. Every room has private bathroom. Big parking right outside.

Great place to stay! Apartment is in the center of old town.

The place is incredible, a small living room with a large TV, a spacious kitchen, very comfortable rooms and a small terrace to talk, everything was very good. The only thing is that there is no elevator and it is 5 floors, which is a little hard to climb after walking all day.

The host was very friendly. I had a very satisfying stay.

Excellent stay. Nadia and Juan Carlos are very pleasant and welcoming hosts. Our kids were thrilled to discover the apartment from the moment they arrived. Thank you for the kind attention you gave them. We had a lovely week in Palencia. The accommodation, very comfortable, is ideally placed to enjoy Calle Mayor, close to all places of interest.

Very nice apartment. Excellent place. The only thing I can add is that it would be necessary to add an electric kettle, salad bowl, a bowl for vegetable salad, condiments and cooking oil, as well as soap for the washing machine.

We arrived at the house and everything was very clean and tidy. Eva was attentive at all times in case I had any questions about how to take the keys, the location of the house and everything. She is a super friendly and thoughtful girl since when we entered she left us coffee and muffins☺️. What I liked most is that it treats pets like one of the family and lets you put them at home without an extra expense that for the people we have animals we really appreciate it. I would definitely take it again if I go back to Palencia.

Beautiful and very comfortable place in a great location. Close to a local supermarket and historical town centre with all the amenities. Everything in the apartment is in great condition, the deco is done with a good sense of aesthetics and thinking about the comfort and wellbeing of the guests. The local host is super friendly and accommodating. A gem of a place for 2 people spending a week in Valladolid! Thank you!

Nice and convenient stay Located near downtown, it is a very modern and super comfortable apartment. The entrance is super safe and you feel at home. Noelia was attentive at all times and that is appreciated. Everything is great!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying in Eugenia’s apartment. It was just as described, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and during the hot weather, it was fantastic having such a large fridge-freezer for cold drinks, ice and ice cream. The flat is centrally located, just steps away from cafes and restaurants, but because it is at the back of the building it is also very quiet inside. The windows overlook a central courtyard and are sheltered from the afternoon sunlight which means it was always cooler inside than it was outside. We had a warm welcome from Eugenia who let us into the apartment when we arrived, and she and her son Javier were very helpful whenever we had any questions. I highly recommend Eugenia’s place and if I return to Palencia I would be very happy to stay here again.

Recommended. Studio with everything you need and a nice terrace. No hoax: The pictures match what it is. Communication with hosts is great through the app, and if you need anything (like more sheets), they help right away. The heating works great (important if you go in winter). The mattress is comfortable. Key points: Bus stop just in front of where line 2 passes, which runs every 10-12 minutes and gets downtown in 15-20 minutes. 2 supermarkets (Lidl and Aldi) and a hypermarket (Carrefour) within a 200-meter radius around. The area, although peripheral, is quiet (in addition, there is quite student traffic as there is a Campus 10' walk, even further north). A good fast-course restaurant in front (Bitter Barrel) where you can eat something rich at a good price. El piso has TV with Netflix, y WiFi. For commenting on a negative element, a neighbor in front is very unpleasant, but this has nothing to do with the house itself.

The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean , tastefully decorated and good qualities . The super friendly and accessible hosts. Highly recommended place, my partner and I were very comfortable.

A 10 for the stay, without hesitation, we would repeat. We also had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant they have and both the service and the food were a 10 as well. 100% recommended.

A good place to rest for a few days and disconnect. The place has its charm, in the photos it looks smaller than it really is.

Everything was perfect, a beautiful and clean apartment, very conveniently located, Laura's service was great, we came from a trip with children, we were late, she made it easy for us to check in, waiting for us to give us the keys, unbeatable service. We'll be back for sure

El Esquileo is a magical place. Part of the town's original wall is restored with exquisite taste. It's cozy, beautiful, and quiet. The people who run it are charming. And the jacuzzi is spectacular! It's been an unforgettable stay, thank you!

I recommend it, very nice stay! Very small and clean apartment for a few days. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need and Laura leaves a small breakfast (juice, coffee, infusions and muffins). It has 2 bathrooms and the details of the gel, brushes... as in a hotel are appreciated. It has A/C and Heating through heat pumps. It is a quiet area despite being so central, with parking nearby and all the services at hand (restaurants, supermarket, shops...). The only detail to take into account is that in this apartment there is no jacuzzi even though it is indicated in the description. It's only in front of # A.

The stay was pleasant, very friendly people, beautiful location, we will repeat again for sure. The apartment was beautiful, everything was very new and very well finished. Everything you needed was by the apartment, the heating was excellent, excellent cleanliness. Maria del Mar, the hostess is very kind and aware that we did not lack anything and we were at ease. Immediate communication, it's worth going there. A very quiet place but with very close villages where there is a little more atmosphere. In short, everything is great.
