Located 50 minutes from the center of Pelotas in a quiet area with basic infrastructure (gas station, markets and tourist attractions). The guesthouse, which is being expanded, has one building ready and other cabins under construction.

Nosso Rancho is the most charming little house in Colônia de Pelotas! Everything is carefully designed for minimal environmental impact and maximum integration with nature. The walls are made of clay, which ensures great internal thermal comfort. We use the sun to heat the bath and sink water, and rainwater in the toilet flush. Here you will find calm, woods, a stream, birds, a trail, an orchard, a hot shower, a comfortable bed, a wood stove and a kiosk for barbecues!

This new and spacious house, built 2 years ago, is located less than 200 meters from the beach and offers comfort for the whole family during both winter and summer. With brand new furniture and appliances, including Alexa, quality beds and mattresses, sofa, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and TVs. The heated hot tub reaches up to 40°C for relaxing moments. The kitchen and barbecue are fully equipped, and the laundry has a washer and dryer for added convenience.

An extraordinary experience between the native forest and Lagoa dos Patos. Located on Laranjal Beach, inside the Ponta da Coxilha Complex, still under construction, Cabana do Mato 1985 features the rusticity of wooden construction and refined touches: a hot tub, Wi-Fi, Netflix, smart home, fire pit, heater, minibar, crockery and cutlery, crystal wine and sparkling wine glasses, a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, gas shower, bed and bath linens.

This loft is worthy of a magazine cover, the Baronesa Italínea store was responsible for the project and execution. It served as an inspiration for investors and residents of the Inn building, as it was used as a decorated apartment. Because of this, it is rich in details, whether on its slatted wall that hides the bathroom, the fireplace that is in the bedroom area, the paintings chosen to compose the decoration or the balcony overlooking the park.
