Vacation rentals with a patio in Peloponnese Region

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

Comfortable apartment and beautiful sea views Nevertheless, we regretted the reception by SMS, and a small lack of equipment to our liking. No microwave, real table on the terrace for dining and deckchair for sunbathing. In addition, going down to the beach by the stairs was not possible for me It's not up to standard. The last step measures more than 40 cm and there is no ramp. I had reported my knee problems... Without these small shortcomings, the apartment would deserve a 15/10 VERY GOOD

The room was simply incredible – spotless, meticulously cared for and fully equipped with all the supplies one might need. The host was extremely kind, helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was excellent. It's definitely worth all its money and more! I highly recommend it and would choose it again without a second thought!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

Pemophos luxurious space with all the comforts. In a very quiet and convenient spot, just 5 minutes from the center by car. Extremely clean and well-maintained space. Great and friendly host. I'm sure we'll pick it up again

Extremely friendly reception, beautiful surroundings and with fantastic views. We have enjoyed the place and recommend it. On the recommendation of the host, a beautiful walk was taken in the area and eaten in a good location.

Xristina gave us a really warm welcome, and explanation on the house amenities. The house is very comfortable, spacious, light, well constructed and equipped with all amenities and even more than that. It has a good luxury feeling. Good quality interior. . Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was filled with groceries when we arrived. Outside seating with privacy for both sun and shade. Xristina gave good advice on restaurants and local beaches ( there is several really nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away and the one across the street of course) all in all. Great place, great host hope to be back again

an ideal place for a couple because the downstairs bedroom has no windows and no separation between rooms . the views are breathtaking . the 5 villas are far enough away from each other to have privacy on the terrace. the pool is very nice with also a great view and lots of sunbeds it is absolutely necessary to be driven because it is very high and far from any trade on foot ( but a few minutes by car.)

Great house, great location, and great host. Perfect for our family of 5 climbing holiday. The host was incredibly helpful for directions, food, crags and beeches. Highly recommend it.

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Dimitris place was great. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view off the back terraces was amazing. The town is quiet and the people are extremely friendly and kind, we really enjoyed spending time there and getting to know the people. Would definitely revisit. Thanks Dimitris…

We had a very nice time in Markos and Eleni's accommodation. The apartment is well equipped, especially the good coffee machine, which we were happy about. The garden is decorated with a lot of love and invites you to simply spend a day there. A car is recommended for the area, so we could easily get to the beautiful beaches of the area. Eleni is very friendly and made our stay as pleasant as possible.

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

I cannot be more positive about this wonderful apartment. It is so much larger than the photographs suggest! A huge, beautiful, private terrace overlooking the water, super comfortable living spaces, extremely generously supplied with amenities and products, and exceptionally clean. And best of all, the host and his son are professional, warm-hearted, helpful, and kind. I would love to stay here again, thank you Nikolas and Thanos.

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

It was a great place, open plan, with a huge balcony at the front, and one also off one of the bedrooms. Once we figured out which way the harbour was then we were ok 😂. There is a Lidl just around the corner which helped us stock up. The washing machine was very handy as the days were getting warmer and it was much needed.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Fiorella house is just perfect for a small escape from the big town. the view from the balcony is amazing, specially in the sunset or sunrise. from there it's easy to get to Limeni, arepoly and etc... very clean, very comfortable, Fiorella answered very fast and had god recommandations for the area. I already want to come back!

We had a great time in Angeliki's apartment! The view and the large balcony as well as the bright flat are amazing. As we were there in offseason, it was pretty quiet although the coastal street is close. The air conditioning also provided good heating, so it was comfortably warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other holiday apartments, however it could have been maintained a little more. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. However we want to point out that the bed in the bedroom towards the seafront was extremely noisy - the first nights we didn't sleep well since the bed squeaked with every slight movement. Normally, I don't criticize beds in hotels because I think everyone has a different taste - but this was unusual.
