The advantage of the house is the direct contact of the resident with the beach and the sea! There will be complete and total disinfection throughout the apartment! All surfaces inside and outside are disinfected with antibacterial solution, all linen are washed at 70 - 90 Celsius. The sofas and mattresses are disinfected with hot steam and antibacterial spray. All devices including air conditioners are disinfected at every change of visitors. Only one entrance keeps the apartment autonomous.
