Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Dominique a été extrêmement prévenante et son studio -même s’il est un peu petit pour une famille de 4, a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine confortablement. Le Marigot est pratique pour rayonner, la piscine de la résidence est sympa en fin de journée et l’ensemble est une alternative à l’hôtel peu onéreuse pour une destination chère comme saint Martin. Chouette séjour !

The place looked just the photos! It was a beautiful stay and the space looks larger in person compared to the photos. My husband and I stayed 8 days in the unit. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed, there were extra chargers and cables around the house which was helpful since we lost our charger at the airport. Beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas were all provided. A rental car place was within walking distance. They provided excellent recommendations for food and activities for places all around the island. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I traveled solo to St Maarten for my birthday and felt very safe here! It’s very private and peaceful. The views were outstanding and it was very clean. Michelle greeted me and showed me around and gave recommendations for local spots nearby. She also checked in to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as described and perfect for a couple. Spent most evenings watching the sailboats in the harbor from our balcony. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that i wasnt made aware that i needed to provide my own toliet paper (only 2 were provided for 8 nights). We were lucky to have a car and be able to run back to store again, but most airbnbs either provide enough or tell you prior to bring your own. The pool was nice, and i enjoyed it daily. We did have A LOT of difficulty finding the building, but that is our fault for not being able to read french LOL. Downloads those maps before you get there! Thanks for a great experience!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.
