Beautiful house where we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and attractively decorated. We missed a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. Jávea is great and John’s appartment is a gem. A lovely terras right at the sea, above a nice and cosy boulevard with great restaurants. Spacious inside and two perfect working airco’s and a big rainshower. Loved it! I really hope that we can stay here again next year! Nicolas and Charlotte

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Had a wonderful night at Angelina's place. It was everything we needed; clean, spacious, and right next to the bus station. Perfect to catch our bus in the morning. Angelina was very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She met me late after getting off of our ferry to help us check into the place. I would definitely stay again.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We loved this place! Beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds and everything about this place was luxurious. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge it's positioned perfectly on the top terrace with stunning views night and day. The beach is great very clean and safe we did paddle boarding and swimming every day. We can't wait to return 😊

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We enjoyed all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!
