The complex has a pool, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, shops, car rental is 5 minutes on foot. The price includes 150 euros for cleaning and linen. I recommend bringing a set-top box if you want to watch your channels.

Our modern, stylish, fully renovated Townhouse offers - on the top floor - a generous open space with kitchen, dining & living area, guest WC as well as a terrace overlooking the communal pool to the sea. The lower floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, both rooms have access to a second terrace and the little private garden from where it is only a few steps to the large communal pool (15x6m). It is our primary home. We are travellers and often away. Three cats live with us as well.

🏖️🌴🏊‍♀️Our stylishly furnished vacation home is located in one of the most well-kept and quiet complexes of Peyia with a very large communal pool and sun loungers. Coral Bay Beach with a beautiful sandy beach is only 5 minutes away by car. In the center of Peyia (1.5 km) there are many quaint taverns and pubs. Peyia is the ideal base for exploring the historical attractions of Paphos, the Akamas region, and the Avakas Gorge. Paphos Airport is only 40 minutes by car.
